“Usually don’t go out to bakery’s due to having a lack of selection I enjoy, this exceeded my expectations for such a small amount of options… if you’re from Mi they are like crumbl cookie but overall better flavors, taste way fresher, and cheaper then 99% of places I’ve been, if your local to LV KY they would be a great spot to get treats consistently, I am from mid Michigan and have saved this in my phone in case my work ever sends me near again :) 10/10 5star“

“I would give this place 6 stars if I could! This bakery is an absolute gem - they bake bread and pastries in store, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The egg&cheese variation on koláč was hot, delicious and exactly what I needed on this freezing day! The danish pastry was seriously THE BEST I have ever eaten in the Unites States. Without exagerration. This stuff is greatgrandma quality and for those who don't know - where I come from, this is the highest award of baking you can possibly achieve, as nothing (!) matches greatgradma's skill&love she put into baking. I am so sad I won't be able to swing by again before I leave Lousville, but when I'm back in town, I will be back!“

“This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem for sure. I recently located here from Ohio and I’ve grown up with European food like Cevappi and luckily enough I looked into this place after my work bought some of their pastries for breakfast and they were jaw dropping! I instantly could tell this place was all homemade amazing food. I searched their menu after tasting their delightful pastries and saw they had Cevappi and I knew I had to try it. The smell of the homemade bread is so filling and made me so happy. The Cevappi are soooo good with the onion and the homemade sauce with dill is so buttery and garlic. Definitely will be going back for more ☺️“

“Working with this baker, she was amazing. Made our custom design come to life. Picking a flavor was so hard because her flavors were so yummy. Our top is strawberry, middle is bailey's and bottom is strawberry. This fed enough ppl plus more with us saving our top cake. We estimated 75 people when ordering. She arrived on time and the cake was just gorgeous.“

“Recently ordered some Arabic pastries that consisted of chicken. Some of them had cheese, and some had the thyme I highly recommend calling the day before and ordering exactly what you would like. They’re very tasty and very perfect for any gathering.“

“I just want to shout out Olivia at the Saint Matthews location. I have never received better customer service in my entire life and I have worked in food service and customer service For 22 years. Last night at about 6 o’clock I ordered a six pack of the regular size Dubai chocolate cookies from the Saint Matthews location. I live in Fairdale and every other location you know relatively not all of them, but most of them were sold out and I was like well I’ll just go to Saint Matthews so I ordered them. I need the store didn’t close till 10 so I decided not to leave the house until eight thirtyish and I don’t drive. I took an Uber. So we get all the way there after paying you know nearly $60 for an Uber and almost 40 for cookies. We’re coming up to $100 just for these cookies at this point we get to Saint Matthews, my youngest daughter and I, and when we get there, the Baker tells us that they do not have any of the regular size Dubai chocolate cookies they only have four minis and I was like OK well can I get a refund and she said we can’t do it without my manager here and I was like some options are cookies I don’t want or no money back and I’ve already spent $100 like I was pretty bummed I wasn’t rude or anything and but I was just really bummed I felt super letdown so that I called my other children and had them pick out what they wanted and they weren’t too excited but you know she could hear their voice is like I guess I’ll take this now. I guess I’ll take that. Well. I alternate between all three of my kids Crumbl points so that they each can accumulate them and get little rewards and things so yesterday was my middle child’s Crumbl point day and my youngest daughter and I leave Crumbl with the cookies. We weren’t really excited about because we didn’t get the one so we wanted and go to target across the street and before we finish at target my middle child calls to tell me that the manager Olivia called and said that she understood where we were really disappointed by not getting the Dubai chocolate cookies and that she wanted to make it up to us especially because we pre-ordered them and came all the way from across town in an Uber to make it up to us and she was going to drop some off to us personally and I was like well that’s great thank you… And I was thinking she meant 10:30 in the morning because you know nobody wants to go across town after work you know after they’ve worked there their little buns off all day so we get home and 🦋💙👩‍👧My Daughter’s like oh well Miss Olivia’s gonna be here the manager and I was like when is she coming? She said oh she’s on her way. Olivia went above and beyond in every Single possible way. Not only did she come with cookies she got all of them to buy chocolate cookies and she made us a gorgeous little cute little box and she also brought a little goodie bag with two chocolate milks, and two white milks and then another little goodie bag she brought two Crumbl Tumblr cups two Crumbl pop socket sands two Crumbl sunglasses Crumbl tattoos and Crumbl stickers I mean she literally just went above and beyond oh and Crumbl keychains and not only that but she drove them all the way from Saint Matthews To Fairdale at 11 something at night she didn’t get to my house till 1130 so I know she didn’t get home until after midnight after working all day long and I I’ve just never had somebody go above and beyond that way in all of my entire life and she really just deserves a shout out. Not only should she get a shout out like she gave the kind of service that I will gladly pay an Uber to take me all the way across town to Saint Matthews. If it means going to Olivia‘s Crumbl.“

“Dear Jeff's Donuts. I regret to inform you, I can only give you five stars, just know you deserve every single star in the sky. I hope this letter finds you well. The day is Friday. January the 10th, year 2025. Today, Brooklyn and I decided to get donuts for us and the kids, as she wanted to start preparing the chili early. Dunkin’ Donuts was closed, and the order promptly canceled. We debated on making homemade donuts for a short time, before deciding to venture out and try something different. There you were. Shining like a lighthouse in a dark, foggy sea of plain looking donuts. It’s beacon of light piercing through the veil of confusion and blandness. The chaos of ordinary cookie cutter style donuts, never stood no chance, really. Upon inspecting the diverse list of offerings, something caught my eye. The Cherry Dream Long John. I must admit, I was hesitant at first. Cherry is something many do wrong. Alas, I could not resist my own curiosity. The craving for proper cherry took over and consumed my ability to control my impulse. I added everyone’s order, and sent forth the courier of deliciousness promptly to your location. I had to have it, and I had to have it now. A short time later, the courier arrived, carry what was quite possibly the biggest donut box I’d ever seen. It was then, at that very moment, I knew deep inside of me that these truly were going to be no ordinary donuts. I quickly flayed the tree pulp and adhesive bondage from the chest of donuts, with the utmost anticipation. Not knowing truly what to expect, but having the highest of hopes. I opened it with the utmost care. At first glimpse, I was overwhelmed. I immediately closed the box in disbelief and looked at Brooklyn. She understood from my expression, that this indeed, was no ordinary box of donuts from no ordinary donut shop. It took a second, but after the shock and excitement faded, I re-opened the chest of delight, and we handed them out. The kids got chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts, which were absolute behemoths. You could tell, they were iced in all of their glory and size, with care and intent. Brooklyn withdrew her blueberry donut. She was pleased. Then it was left to me. I picked up my Cherry Dream donut, and stared at it for a minute. Marveled by its creamy, fresh and delicious appeal. Almost entranced by the faint smell of cherry and freshly cooked dough. I tried my first bite, and immediately knew not many would follow, as I couldn’t contain myself. It was perfect. From the creamy, fresh soft icing, that was a perfectly balanced flavor profile of cherry. Not the overwhelming fake cherry that becomes too much to bear after the first few bites. The sweet, delicate taste of cherry done right. Just enough to leave you craving more. It was that profile, mixed with a soft, fresh, airy dough that had such perfectly placed and crafted air pockets inside that it couldn’t possibly have any other explanation than god himself, wanted them to be there. Alas, I had acquired the perfect cherry donut. Jeff, from my heart to yours. To you, and your crew of artesian donut crafters as well, I’d like to say thank you. Thank you for this experience that has filled me with so much joy. Thank you for these children, being able to experience what a TRUE donut, really is, in all of its glory.
