Very slow, we were the only ones in the restaurant. It took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Clearly over prioritizing the drive through. Updating my review to say they gave my food away to someone else, haha guess they need some adults to help these kids out.
Went at lunch on a Saturday. 6 cars in drive through. I went inside. 2 had already ordered 1 was ordering. I ordered. One of the two got their order. 4 pick up orders got their orders. Two to go orders got their food. The car I was behind in the drive thru was at the window. I got my order before the order in front of me.

After getting my groceries around the corner, I placed my mobile app order at 12:50 today. I received an 'order ready for pickup' at 1:02. I waited in line about 10 mins before getting to the window. Then, I sat at the drive-thru window for another 15 minutes because my order was not ready. I finally received it at 1:27.
We LOVE Jimmy John's and will continue to give them a chance. My order was made perfectly today, despite the wait. The folks were extremely gracious.
