Do u think after spending 50 dollars they would offer to replace the sandwich? Fat chance. They see these reviews. See if they call me. If not they lost a customer who drops a dime.“

“Today, I went to the newly opened Jimmy John’s, down the street. I ordered a club sandwich. It was poorly made with minimal ingredients. I didn’t eat it. I went to Jersey Mike’s and ordered the exact same sandwhich. It was full of ingredients. The staff were pleasant and my order was accurate. I did not include the photos of both Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mies sub side by side but, it is posted in my Jimmy John’s review for anyone that would like to see the difference.“

“Went in on Friday night, the 24th of October. Both employees were friendly. The food was exceptional. The fries were hot and you could tell that the grease was clean. I was very impressed and will be back. That limited time spicy cheese - wow 💥🔥🚒🚨

“I gave it a (5) star because of the ONLY ( young workers that were working alone by themselves. The young man & young lady (I wished I knew there names) but they were so polite, courteous, & professional. They were handling everything with a smile & no stress. I see them in a Management position & not still in a being left alone doing everything by themselves position. They both definitely need to be promoted. This was my son's 1st time, but my 2nd time trying Penn Station. We are not avid fast food eaters but he needed something to eat in a hurry, because he wasn't feeling well. I hope they see this & see that they a wonderful asset at this company, & get promoted soon, or are able to find better positions elsewhere.“
