“Great friendly Mexican style restaurant in strip mall next to Kroger in Mt Washington. Ample parking which is a bonus. Cerveza was very cold paired with a shredded beef macho burrito that was superb! It was a big boy lightly fried covered with ranchero and queso banco sauce.Service was very fast no complaints and they were very busy with a lot of locals coming back for repeat business. These folks know how to serve! Great work you folks get it done!“
“We went in here for the first time yesterday evening around 6 o'clock for dinner. I've had El Nopal a bunch of times in my life and this is a new establishment close to home that we decided to try. The waiter was extremely friendly food was on par for what I knew it was gonna be ambience was pretty cool and it was pretty good for El Nepal. Look at the job done quick fun, Mexican establishment.“
“Large portions and tastes divine! We have had nothing but great service and the best Mexican cuisine. The meat quesadilla and Patron burrito are absolutely huge! They served us platters, not plates and tastes delicious. The staff was friendly to us.“
“Overall it is a quality place to get fast food. The service time has increased greatly and there's no longer a long wait. Only thing that I would suggest would be more consistency in the product. “Our new favorite Mexican! Owner very hospitable discussed our likes and made great suggestions that did not disappoint. Ceviche is fabulous- shrimp & squid!! On owners recommendation added shrimp & squid to the guacamole. Hubby had the chorizo& Mexican sausage burrito.“
“We walked in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday night and they wouldn’t seat us… there was 2 of us and we had traveled along ways so we were hungry. “Ordered a stuffed green pepper meal. It came out as a fried flat green pepper with cheese and tomato sauce. No meat. I was looking for a tall whole green pepper with beef and rice cooked together and stuffed in the pepper. Learned a lesson, never order this again. It was NOT a stuffed green pepper.“
“They honestly have the best tacos out of anywhere I've been in Louisville. It's worth driving to Mt Washington to eat here. The Sissys steak and the pork are my favorite. The ground beef taco is also very delicious. Hands down best tacos I've ever had!“
