“Have I ordered the “Gotta Have It” and got the “Love it” instead multiple times? Sure. Have I continuously had my smoothies 1/3 empty in the past? Absolutely. I’m a grown adult man and I try not to get too upset about a little missing Ice Cweam. But one indisputable fact is that when Casey took over as a shift manager this Cold Stone location became like a phoenix rising from the ashes. With Casey at the helm, this place runs like a master pit crew at the Indy 500. I’ve never seen a young manager with such precision and skill in my life. Making ice cream and maintaining an exceptional attitude with customers is her code. I don’t think she’s taken a day off in the last 6 months. Hopefully the Cold Stone brass recognizes her talent and dedication or she will soon move on to greener pastures. I had a friend once claim he witnessed her serving a family of 5 while simultaneously on the phone resolving issues with corporate out back!Exceptional! All I know for sure is that when she is there it’s a sigh of relief that quality service is at hand.“

“Reached out about 18 hours in advance to make a last minute Afternoon tea reservation for the next day. They went out of their way to accommodate my last minute party of 5. Incredibly kind owner and staff.Small but efficient team. I'm not an afternoon tea guy, but the ladies I brought were, and they absolutely loved it. They loved that it was a special experience, but was very approachable and inclusive for them. Friendly to kids as well. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.“

“Doctor's order, cut back on the sweets. Now and again I have to stray away from my diet and have something from "Sugar!" Good cookies,brownies,some cake and more. May need to get a cookie cake for my birthday this year. Better work out. Check out one of, if not the best cookie place in cincy.“

“Stepped out of the Cuban shop where I was picking up a Cuban sandwich to find a place that hit home. Chocolate peanut butter brownie cake. Holy $hit was it good Got a large glass of cold milk and went at it. Mmmmmmm Go there you'll be glad you did“

“You must try these Bundt cakes to understand. They are soooooooooo insanely good. They’re now my go-to for any nice celebration. Birthdays, showers, dinner party, anything. I didn’t understand what the big deal was until a colleague brought them in to work and I reluctantly tried them. 10/10“

“Delicious cupcakes!! We chose 4 and had the vanilla sugar cookie, strawberry, lemon, and banana pudding. Definitely sweet but not too much (I hate when cupcakes are super sugary and hurt your teeth, so these were perfect), they were moist and delicious, even the next day! The girls working there were extremely helpful and polite. Worth a stop if you're looking for a small sweet treat!“
