“We stayed 10/1-3 for fall break tent camping and had a fantastic time! The first night/most of the next day, the power was out to the bathhouse and bathrooms at the campground, which sucked, but what can you do when a hurricane comes through a landlocked state 😂 To make up for those, the lodge was open for showers/bathrooms and the park provided a portable bathroom until everything back back up and running. We went on the Raven Bridge trail and it was so nice! I'm not sure if it had been affected by the storm, but you couldn't tell at all, so if they cleaned it up, great job! X Cave tour was cooler than last time because the power was out and we got to use flashlights The last night, we ate takeout from the lodge restaurant and it was absolutely yummy. Decent prices for a state park restaurant. Definitely making this an annual family trip from now on. Thank you guys for working hard to keep the park nice 💜“

They were in the middle of their local Christmas in July festival and they had Christmas vacation playing in the outdoor amphitheater and the grinch had breakfast with everyone this morning it was so cute ? I would love to do this again next year with more family and friends ?“
