Chick-fil-A in Owensboro

“Yesterday, I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A that reminded me of the amazing staff they have. My car unexpectedly broke down while blocking two lanes of traffic, and I was completely overwhelmed. The manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, immediately stepped in to help. He directed traffic to ensure everyone’s safety and even checked his own vehicle for jumper cables. He also assisted in pushing my car out of traffic’s way and made sure I was okay throughout the entire situation.

To top it off, because everything took so long, my meal had gotten cold. The manager kindly remade it without me even having to ask twice. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a very stressful situation into something manageable.

Customer service like this is rare, and this manager truly deserves recognition. Thank you to him and the entire Chick-fil-A team for their compassion and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The business model is on point just as any other restaurant of theirs I've visited. I often get the Chicken Deluxe meal and it is always equally delicious each time. The Staff are very pleasant and display Impeccable custom service skills. My biggest wish would be that Chic Filet would enter the burger market and start a spin off with nothing but burgers using the same business model now. Half of the burger places would go out of business if this happened. Look forward to my next visit“
