“I got a $1.00 vanilla ice cream cone. It was huge & declious. Great service & fantastic price for such a big cone. So much better than McDonald's ice cream cones. Oh, I forgot, McDonald's ice cream machine is chronically broke!!“

“I just love this place! I have a large family of 8 and I love God and his word. After coming closer to God and pulling him in I truly understand how he has never changed his word or the diet we are supposed to follow to live a healthy life. With that being said we only eat kosher and cross contamination of unkosher is in EVERY restaurant except for BRANCH OUT in Paducah KY plus I don’t eat a whole lot of meat but my family does. This is the only place I trust we can all eat at as a family we get something new every time we have never had anything bad what’s so ever! My children love it! The staff is super friendly, helpful, the owner helped us out so much when it was our first time. The food is always fresh. Oh I must mention the dessert the s’mores is one of our favorites, we haven’t had anything bad and the desserts are sorta addicted am I kidding? The whole menu is!! The only bad thing is it would be nice if there was a location by the mall but it’s okay I know how to drive 🤣 thank you branch out!“

“My food and shake was delicious! I hope the restaurant doesn't get rid of the shake glasses, they were cool! However, I had no idea they got rid of the servers and went to kiosks. They were easy to use but it still felt kind of lonely. It also asking for a tip is goofy. I had to put in my own order and wait for my name to be called. I am not tipping the kiosk. I rather tip the people in the back.“

The footlong coney is not good. I do not like the cheese spread they put on it. It's like Cheese Wiz. Took one bite and I was done. Went straight into the trash.
I love a good footlong Coney. Unfortunately, Sonic needs to up their game if it stays on the menu.

“I love Mcds, it's like right across the main street n train tracks from me n so it's super close so I eat here the most. They alwayz bring my dog leftovers. My Zelda dog is definitely spoiled at this location.

“The last 3 times I've stopped in for a quick meal I make simple requests such as no pickles and sometimes extra cheese depending on the mood and a sweet tea. Pretty simple I thought. I was wrong completely 4 attempts with the end result being a sandwich I did not order so In my opinion order what you want just don't expect it...go hungry enough to eat what they give you has been my experience“

“Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.“

“I got there early in the morning. I think my server was Rebecca from my recipe. I was tired and hungry from doing a lot of driving and had a few hours of driving left. But, I wasn’t expecting my Big Steak Omelette to be bigger than the picture in the menu! And, it was sooooo good that I ate the whole thing instead of taking half of it back home with me! The server was just so kind, and made sure I had enough coffee, cream, and sugar. She told me of some health issues. And, I hope she she’s alright till the night time I ever get down there. “Vegetarian options: They have a decent selection of salads to choose from. The chili is good and not full of oil. Baked potatoes are a nice alternative to fries, but the fries are fresh and good too. Prepare to spend over $10 a person though. Prices are high here too.“

Despite their lobby being closed one of the employees still came out to see what we needed. Me personally if I worked there and lobby was closed I would have pretended I didn’t hear them lmao so I’m very glad he answered us. He was super nice and understood why I couldn’t come thru the drive thru. He brought our food out fresh and in a timely manner. Food was correct and delicious. I wish I knew his name so I could call him out individually but he had really cool piercings in his ears so hopefully that may narrow it down. We’re passing thru on our way back to Tennessee so if I’m ever back here I will absolutely be coming to this McDonald’s!!!!!“
