“When people are relocating to our area, Realtors are often the first people they meet. One of our most important jobs is creating an experience that gives them a positive first impression of their new home town. That's usually very easy because we have such special people who live and work here. Yesterday, one of those special people was Barbara at Chick-fil-A. It was sunny when we went inside to eat, but raining like crazy when we got ready to leave. Barbara saw us at the door getting ready to make a run for the car. She quickly grabbed two umbrellas, helped us get from the door to the car, and kept us from getting soaked in the pouring rain. We thanked her and I'm sure you can guess what she said! 😍 Thanks to Barbara and all of the other people who go the extra mile to provide great customer service! It is definitely noticed and appreciated.“

“Order chicken tenders with honey barbecue sauce was really delicious fries was pretty good as well. Ordered the Buffalo wings they was ok probably would not get again unless I tried different flavor. Tenders was good dipped In The Buffalo sauce but just was not hot at all. I definitely will go back and definitely recommend. The first time I tried the place was not that impressed but this time was way better.“

“The staff here are very friendly and accommodating in my experience. I came about a month ago and was greeted in a friendly manner and wished safe travels. It’s more than a lot of food service workers are doing elsewhere.

“Erica is a great employee!!! The drive thru employee messed up on my order(no big deal at all) I called the store to ask to correct my order and fix it! Erica went above and beyond! She was very polite and apologetic! She sincerely apologized for the mess up and fixed it immediately! (They were extremely busy and things happen, but Erica made sure that all her customers were given what they ordered plus some)! Tip for the guy with a beard working drive thru though!! SLOW DOWN TAKING ORDERS! Let the customer finish their order and don’t rush them to the window. Ppl will wait for their food! I’ve worked/ran fast food/restaurants for over 15 years! Ppl Will pay and wait for what they ordered! Also make sure you are inputting the order correctly! Ppl will appreciate you for double confirming their order over making small mistakes and they have to come back to get what they ordered!“
