“Was trying to order a pizza while I stayed at a local hotel and this place had THE BEST rating in the area and let me tell you, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! They were fast, food was great, decent price and huge! I ordered the large not knowing that it was 22”, HUGE slices. Under $30. It was enough for 3 kids(half slices for them) and 5 adults(full slices), and still had left overs. Only down side was no delivery but it was like 5 min away from my hotel so I didn’t mind. Was cute inside too. Super clean. Seating area for eating in. Very close to the plaza and financial district.

Parking: I parked Public parking. Don’t know if they have their own parking lot.“

“Might just be the BEST Italian Hoagie I've ever eaten. Legendary would be the accurate descriptor for that sandwich. Phenomenal taste, presentation, and they could be charging double, EASILY! I paired mine with Italian dressing (which they use Marzzeti for, and get bonus points!).
I may not eat a lot of different kinds of hoagies, but I do enjoy my Italian ones. The atmosphere was cozy, quaint, and impeccably tidy.
I will be referring this establishment for their food, and going back to try more dishes! Thanks for a great first experience!“

“Today’s visit was terrible. Pizza had huge bubbles that were charcoaled and bottom wasn’t baked. Service was not good either. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. Ruined a Sunday evening meal.“

“Taglio's in OTR of Cincinnati offers excellent pizza. The Detroit style is one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. The crust is the key and it is always tasty with some crunch. The pizza typically has an abundance of toppings. If hungry get the large for the small is enough only for one person. Caesar salad is fresh and make sure to indicate your dressing on the side of you like it that way. Service is timely most of the time except when busy then the food could take awhile to come out. The staff has always been friendly even with the turnover that most restaurants experience these days. The alcohol drinks are fair, would like to see better pours. The atmosphere is like a sports bar with plenty of TV's to view whatever is on, especially the Reds, Bengals or FCC.“

“I picked up an order, so there is no dining-in experience; however, I added to my order after I arrived. While waiting, I walked around the restaurant and noticed how clean it was. Tables, floors, drink station, counter, and even restrooms. The people were friendly, diligently working, and they all greeted me with a smile.When I arrived at my mother's home, the food was still hot and fresh. “We love this place. Wonderful pizza downstairs and great drinks at Wise Guys upstairs. I love that they use fresh ingredients. At Wise Guys all the drink additions are fresh. They have great outdoor seating. If you choose to sit upstairs at Wise Guys you can order from Goodfellas menu and they will bring it up to you. However, if you want single slices you would need to go down and get those yourself. This is a must go place.

Vegetarian options: Being vegetarian myself there are nice options.“

“We had another great meal at Via Vite. The food was outstanding. My Risotto Fruitte di Mare as truly delicious. The kitchen was very accommodating to my wife's dairy allergy, cooking her salmon in olive oil rather than butter. We split the grilled artichokes as an appetizer. I especially like the Primavera Old Fashioned cocktail infused with a honeycomb. Our service was excellent. We always enjoy dinner at Via Vite.“

In the past year though the pizzas seem underdone when we’ve gotten them at the restaurant or done carry out…it makes us question now whether the price difference ($24-$28 for a Dewey’s vs $10-12 for a “chain pizza” ) is worth it! “Food was good. Fries needed salt but I did that on my own. Everything was hot and fresh. Only thing that could be better is the crust needs a little more love. If they did this all always come back. We had to wait a little but that was nothing. Great place to try. And they let us know what deals they had so we could get the best bang for our buck. Young lady at counter is nice and understanding. “I got one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and the best part was they have really good vegan cheese. I got the Old Schooler with vegan mozzarella and it was awesome. I didn't think black pepper sounded like a good idea for a pizza, but it's genius! It's been challenging finding a place with good vegan cheese. Normally I just get pizza without cheese, so thank you for offering such a delicious vegan option! Also, it was ready exactly when they said it would be.

“Went for the first time in late June. Absolutely worth the trip. Often, I don't make bold claims unless I feel one-hundred percent certain of my claim. And I can certainly claim that LaRosa's is among the best pizza I've ever had. The food was fresh and hot. The sauce was flavorful and had great consistency. The crust had a fluffy texture. The pizza was well-seasoned with great tasting cheese.

I also sampled their french fries and cheesy flat bread, which were equally fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and clean. The service was polite and prompt.

“Guaranteed seating, parking is a bit tight in the back, pedestrians and cars share the same narrow entrance which is a problem for getting in and out during a peak hour.The food was good, and our server got it right, wasnt super friendly but thats okay. I have been to other locations and this is the best Macs so far.Wait time wasnt too long either.I had to change the soap dispenser in the bathroom though, but Its not a big deal.“

“My kids took me here for Father's day. We got three different pizzas, an order of 10 wings, and a meatball sub. Everything was amazing. The different pizzas were incredibly surprising. We had a barbecue grippos pizza, a lucky luke, and a build your own pizza. Each one of these pizzas were out of this world. I couldn't believe how good they were. The chicken wings were amazing. My wife loved her meatball sub. The place was very ornate. They have lots and lots of televisions. The service was amazing. Our server new one to come to our table and took care of us perfectly. This is an amazing place to bring some family for some good food. If you like adult libations, they have a lot of that too.“

“I'm there all the time. It seems like the young girls don't like to wait on me. I think that is by design, as I'm usually waited on by Eddie, Rachel or Sarah. These 3 employees always do well taking take of me. They are the Best of the Best. Today, I happen to be early and was sat in Cici's section. She never came and the hostess had to take care of me. So the hostess, which needs to stay up front to seat people, waited on me. I don't remember her name, but she was awesome. I might not be easy on the eyes and maybe the young ones think I'm weird-looking. You still have a job to do. Eddie could have 6 tables and the young girls would roll their eyes and say, can you take Jungle Jim off our hands ? The name is Billy.“

“Read good reviews on Google and it was about 1/2 mile from where we were staying. It's a small establishment, but has a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely feels like all the people besides us were locals. Good variety of menu items typical of Italian--calzones, lasagna, pizzas, salads. But they did have Chicago style deep dish pies. We definitely wanted to try a deep dish pie. While not as good as a Chicago pie, it was still very good for what it was. We ordered wings as well which were very good. Our server was working the whole restaurant by himself with a hostess doubling as a busser. It was fairly steady. Dishes were not cleared away and the only time they stopped by the table was to take our order, to bring our food and bring the check. Our server was definitely nice but overworked. I think I saw the manager come out look around and walk to the back again. We didn't really care that much but I'm not sure I'd come regularly if it was like that consistently. Food was very good.“
