“I'm from San Diego (home of incredible, authentic Mexican food) and I've been struggling to find a good burrito for the past 3 years that I've lived in Louisville - not even joking. There are some chains I really enjoy such as Taco City and Bandidos, but it's not the same authentic taste I'm used to. I'm here to say I've FINALLY found my go-to Mexican food!!! Prices are very reasonable and the taste is authentic. It truly reminds me of home. This was the highlight of my weekend and I've been telling everybody who will listen. Will definitely be back soon!“

“As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were seated immediately and then the waitress came up with a smile and friendliness. It should be at all restaurants. Our meal was perfect. This was the second time we have been there and we will go back. We travel about 30 minutes away. So as you can see, it is worth your while to go to this restaurant. The restaurant is very clean. The atmosphere is great.The people are great.“

“It's a good solid place for real Mexican tacos and burritos. The al pastor has actual chunks of pineapple in it. The asada is flavored correctly. There is a variety of salsas. My favorites are the fire and the mango habanero. Good solid authentic food.“

“This El Nopal is nothing like the rest. Not sure why they are so different but they are the BEST!! Their salsa, guacamole, and meat is way better than the others. Idk if it's the seasoning or what. Go there and mark my word!“
