McDonald's in Somerset

“This McDonald's just south of Hwy 80 on Hwy 27 appeared clean when we entered. My daughter and I ordered from a kiosk and I paid there also so the only customer service we had was when our food was brought to our table. This McDonald's has a play area for toddlers but I have seen older children in it as well. There were about 5 -7 people seated in at tables there, and when we tried to find a clean table we had to look at a few different ones. The one we ended up taking we had to wipe because even though it looked like it was cleaned, it still needed to be wiped because of crumbs left behind. The food arrived warm and it was standard McDonald's food. No better, no worse than usual. My daughter played until our food arrived. We ate and left the restaurant. This McDonald's is usually very busy, especially around lunchtime.“

“This is the absolute worst restaurant in town. The dining area is nasty since the kiosk install human interaction is non existent and the order is always wrong. I almost never eat here anymore I always leave unsatisfied due to a messed up order or the inability to find a person to get something.“
