McDonald's in Lexington

“I hope this is the correct McDonalds where Ebony works. She greeted us as we entered.
She was so nice and had a sweet disposition. I couldn't get over how kind she was and truly loves her job. I informed the manager on duty that Ebony was the greatest and should get a raise.“

“We ate there today 7/7/26 at around 3:15 p.m.. The best McDonald's . We travel from Corbin,Ky to Lexington for medical. We always eat here. The food is fresh and the service is excellent!! The young who took our order was so nice. The manager came around and ask us if everything was ok. It is always decorated so nice for each holiday.“

“I don’t like McDonald’s a lot. Their food has went downhill and most of the time is horrible and always messed up your order but as far as locations, the Versailles Road location is always on point hot food never messes up.“

“Service could’ve been a little friendlier and they only gave us 1 sauce for 3 people, but the food itself was fresh and tasted great. The Spicy McChicken was especially on point. Overall a solid stop and I’d definitely come back.“

“I never expect much from fast food chains but i know that i can always count on this McDonald's. Food always come out fresh and they know how to make coffee! Their coffee is always strong and i'm glad they don't add tons of creamer or syrup to my coffee! Great management. Lovin it'“

Not sure what happened. But this place has upped it game. Fries full and fresh. Wonderful.

Had to repeat my order 4 times (2 orders of bacon, a sausage burrito and salsa). It still came out wrong and missing items.

Update. My large fries from tonight. Glad they had the images of the fries on the box so I could just imagine them“

“Part of our order didn't make it into the bag and the manager was irritated and acted like it was my fault. The counter people were all friendly however and the food was hot. Tried a couple of their new specialty drinks and those were delicious!“

“It's taken me a long time to write this review. Mostly because it's not just about the food. My dad always wanted to stop here on the way home from his cancer doctor visits. No chemo or anything. Just monthly visits to assess how he was doing on with the medication trials (meds to help with the narcolepsy the brain cancer was causing. Which gave him 2 years of quality of life he wouldn't have had at all.) He was terminal and I'd stopped caring if he ate healthy so when he asked to go, of course we're freaking going to McDonalds. lol I knew he had probably 6 months to live at most, though he got 2 years. My point is, he always asked to stop at THIS McDonalds. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and just nice to be around. I think he enjoyed talking to everyone there because they didn't know what was wrong with him and treated him normal. Only fitting since we had to take advantage of the Ronald McDonald house with another matter a few years before.

McDonalds is more than just food.“

“Can’t say much for atmosphere when this and all McDonalds have basically been converted to drive through mobile orders. I eat in my car.

Amazing for a fast food restaurant to almost always get my order right. I hope the owners are paying their staff well. These workers are busting their butts to make it all work and deserve the credit.

How can you rate food that is the same every where? They do faithfully honor requests like no pickles and don’t over salt the fries, so I’m happy .

Have I mentioned; McDonald’s, your work force is the reason you exist. I’ve seen customers treat them horribly. I know it costs you a few dimes to make your $3.75 french fries. I pray you’re spending the profit on your workers and not your shareholders“

“Our food was fresh and hot. Here is our only issue. I was parked, no problem because that probably got us all hot fries. But as the employee handed me the third Happy Meal, she acted surprised the bottom of the box seemed to be open, and she warned that I might want to hold that box carefully. Once home and distributed, my granddaughter found her fry box upside down, empty, and stuck in the partially opened bottom. Some employee had to see the whole order of fries spill out of the box. Everyone here generously shared fries with my granddaughter.“

Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's they are killing us with there yummy greasy foods

Kid-friendliness: The employees talk about everything. Not for the faint or the shy ears.“

“Good people, I don't really like McDonald's food, however their breakfast is the one thing I do enjoy. But a welcoming crew, and a calm environment to sit and bring the family.

Parking: About 50 parking spots. This includes for online ordering and catering to car.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible ramp on both exits and entrances.“

“Normally I'm not a McDonald's person but after a pretty bad experience out and about on the town I went to McDonald's with my service dog immediately when I walked in they noticed that we were hot from being outside they gave me a big bowl of water for my service dog and told me that I could sit and take my time and tell me and my service dog cooled off then after a few minutes I was able to order once my service dog had cooled off like I said I'm normally not a McDonald's person but this McDonald's really knows how to treat service dog teams right“

“i have never been to this mcdonald’s before, my first time going since living downtown, they had such good service, food was fresh and, idk if i am spelling her name right but, jacquelyn there with black long hair was the best, such a good worker and accommodated us very well ! 5 stars from me !!“

“Been going here for years since it's the closest one to me. It's had its ups and downs—got a bit rough after some renovations, but they're back on the closer side of good.
No lobby soda machine so you have to go to the counter for refills, but leadership and staff actually seem to care. They do little events, give away free stuff, and there's some of genuine positivity. Plus, prices are some of the cheapest in Lexington, and the ice cream machine has been shockingly reliable this year.
It's McDonald's, so don't set expectations too high, but if I'm driving past other locations I'll choose this one. That's the best compliment a McDonald's can get honestly. Let's hope they stay decent. I'll update my review if there's any notable changes.“

“I was gonna call the manager, but I said nope, Google needs to know. The two sweet, very pretty young ladies that helped me at drive-thru were awesome. I look for this and appreciate it. They made me smile they will remember me about no pickles because hard to eat with no bottom teeth. Give these girls a raise! It was a great experience.“

“My pappaw is in the nursing home and he still craves hot coffee and apple pie. They recognize us from our usual order for him and always greet us warmly. Would recommend this location over many others for being genuine and down to earth and building customer rapport.“

“I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since the start, started off to a very rocky start. Hoping that it would get better over time I continued to come here since it’s closest to my house… well yesterday was the day I can finally say there is some hope for this new McDonald’s. I called to talk to a manager because my food was made wrong the previous day and I wanted to have it redone. From what it sounded it was a boy speaking to me on the food saying he will personally take care of it. Came inside their lobby, already to a good start since it’s usually close, and I asked to talk to the manager the curly hair boy who I had never seen before said your speaking to him. I told him my name the food that was missing I was in and out under 2 minutes with fresh food and get this, fry’s. Just as promised he personally got this food out for me even with the staff calling out for him. That boy was rushing everywhere at once to help them before I left… I could tell they where awfully busy but he kept his cool even for a boy his age i will return and I hope they keep getting a better staff like that“
