Absolutely terrible service!
10 minute wait for ah bacon, egg & cheese bagel 🤦🏾♂
What can I say about this? McDonald’s? The food was good but the service was phenomenal. Miss Vanessa took my order through the drive-through. She heard. I was having a bad day and went above and beyond to try and make my day better.

After a lengthy wait, they were informed that they needed to log back into the app and change their order to "walk-in." The customer's phone had died, and they were not allowed to use a charger behind the counter. Despite offering to show their driver's license, the staff refused to hand over the customer's order, which had been sitting for 15 minutes and had become cold. The customer's request to have the order remade was also denied, leading to an overall frustrating and time-consuming experience.
