“I went through this morning to get my daughter and I pancakes and a steak, egg and cheese bagel. Once we got home, I noticed that I didn't have the bagel. I know I should have checked and that it was on me, but when I called Lori, the manager, she had me come back and made it right. She was so sweet and didn't ask any questions, she just made it right. That is true customer service!!“
