“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

Best fruit tart I’ve eaten in while in the US, not doused in gelatin and not overly sweet custard, the pastry was really crisp. It was 9” diameter and we ate the whole thing just the 2 of us in less than a day. My only criticism is it was slightly overfilled with custard so it oozed/overflowed a bit, but we ate the overflow. Would reorder!“

Little Flour truly made my wedding cake so special and it was delicious as well! The decorations were gorgeous, and the extra effort they put into setting the cake up with the topper and macaroons at the reception hall was very appreciated. “The young lady waited with headphones was very rude, but the donuts make up for that being 3 hours away I pride myself on a expert donut tasting. The 2 we picked out were fantastic. We were close to columbus by the timebi had my cinnamon roll. And it was so darn delicious and soft and flavors were on point. The Bavarian cream was so fresh and different this is a must tey and definitely worth a drive. Will be back. Just work on your manners and this place would be gold star worthy!!“

We found a picture of a cake my daughter wanted for her birthday and they were able to make it at an affordable price under $40. I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“

“I don't know how to change the star rating, but I give this bakery 5 stars !!!! I ordered a basketweave cake the morning before my daughter's birthday. My husband and daughters are cake people, me not so much. To me all cake taste like it's from a box. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best cake I have ever had. It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. It was so delicious and I will continue to order from this bakery. I have always bought other things (mainly their large pretzel sandwich and pretzels/bistro dip) but now I am their biggest cake fan!!!“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“
