“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“The pastries were excellent!! They clearly sell out fast - we visited twice and the first day we showed up an hour after opening to a very limited remaining selection. The croissants had excellent flavor and a really nice textural contrast between the exterior and interior. I tried a number of pastries and think a must-try is the artichoke croissant. If I were local I’d be here all the time!“

“Best cakes I have ever had! This is my family and I’s absolute favorite bakery. They have made my engagement party cake, bridal shower cake, wedding cake, and two birthday cakes. Each time, the cakes are absolutely beautiful and taste amazing. The decorations on the cakes are always beautiful. The first was a white heart shaped cake with vintage-style bordering - right from a Pinterest board. Our wedding cake was two tiered and also vintage styled. They are also so kind! “This French style bakery in downtown Cincinnati on the corner of 4th and Race Streets is so good. There are several dozen individual pastries in display cases, sandwiches, and artistically beautiful cakes. They have a full coffee bar too. There are little white trays with wax paper lining on top that you pick up as you enter. Then there are several little tongs to take and place the exact items you select on your tray. There are tables to dine in or they have beautiful bags with handles if you want it to go. They take orders for full cakes as well. The blueberry fruit bite I purchased had a delicate surgery glaze and creamy custard on a flakey pastry crust. It was just about bite size. It was so delicious. I want to go back already. Highly recommend. The service was very friendly and helpful in understanding the selections. A beautiful urban cafe and bakery with items hard to find outside of France.“

It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. And I love bringing my kids here now as an adult. Love to support small businesses in my neighborhood. “The young lady waited with headphones was very rude, but the donuts make up for that being 3 hours away I pride myself on a expert donut tasting. The 2 we picked out were fantastic. We were close to columbus by the timebi had my cinnamon roll. And it was so darn delicious and soft and flavors were on point. We found a picture of a cake my daughter wanted for her birthday and they were able to make it at an affordable price under $40. I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“

“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“
