“We are visiting the area and googled up pizza places and found this and ill start by saying being Italian and a lover of a good pie this place is phenomenal and the pizza pie around. They definitely know their pies and how its done. For a brief moment thought I was in italy. With the atmosphere, the amazing customer service, even the girl putting the pies in boxes was greeted and felt welcomed. The prices where great. The food...whoa...the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered 116 dollars worth of pies and fed 9 adults and all agreed wish we could take this business with employees back to our home. Thank you for the fantastic customer service. If you are reading this as a review then dont look anymore just go...trust me you won't be disappointed.“

“Our order was Takeout: The pizza is consistently good. BUT, the calzone we ordered was lacking. Barely any filling that you would expect in a calzone. Also, no dipping sauce was included in the box. We will not order this again. Our entre house salad was also very small. Not as much greens as you would expect for an entre. I guess to go orders are not treated with as much care as the eat in orders“

“We have had really great pizza from this location the past few times we've ordered. We order carry-out and each time has been fresh and cooked perfectly. My husband actually wanted the pizza from this location for Father's Day because it has been consistently good. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the pizza was great once again! Not sure about the bad reviews, but the people working at this location and the food have been great in every aspect in our experience.“

“The pizza that we got tonight has way too much sauce on it so I called the location and they sent me a replacement right away with a free bottle of coke as an apology. We order from this location a lot and never have any issues so I know this is just a one time mistake. We will continue to order from them in the future.“

“Every time I pick from LaRosa’s at this location, I never have any complaints, but I’m actually leaving this review because the I couldn’t seem to get my order through because the app was glitching or something but when I called customer service, you know 347–1111, old school, anyway the woman I spoke to was so kind, patient, even had some comic relief and let me let my anxiety off my chest. She was just professional, but cool all the way through it and I’m really Appreciated that and too much. We only see the bad but when you get a person that just makes you feel good. Their organic I like that in business cause it’s who I am sure at first their job, but then it would become two versions of you when they mentioned to one that’s who you are. You’re more than an expert you are that and maybe I just Aiden edible but I’m pretty smart cookie and I have a business and we get too much bullshit without any balance of people willing to get behind their keyboard to say nice things. About the people doing the smaller jobs that make some of the biggest impact Good job Leis take care of her. She’s on her way places.

I come here at least once a month and the food is always amazing today I went in and I can’t lie. I forgot my debit card which isn’t usually like me, but I was able to use my mobile Apple Pay, which is great, but obviously I had to have an issue doing it. Donovan, the gentleman helping me was incredibly kind patient and helpful and really made me feel better as I started to develop anxiety because I couldn’t get it to work he made that anxiety disappear with his great customer service and attitude. Can’t wait to go home and enjoy. What’s always a great meal at this location of Larosas ! I will always recommend this to Friend and family. If there’s anybody left in Cincinnati doesn’t already know, lol.“

“Very good pizza, pasta, salad & deserts!! Price is a fairly good value, $9.99 for the buffet for adults, $10.99 if you want a drink. The buffet was kept stocked & fresh, service was very friendly & welcoming, there is some games to play, sort of like Chuckee Cheese's games or Mr. Gatti's, however there are no prizes or toys to win or exchange tickets for. Bathrooms & restaurant was very clean & well kept. Highly recommend this place!!

“Major improvements lately. I had a couple bad experiences a year or two ago but I have ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and the pizza has been amazing. The only complaint I have is the clumsy online ordering that they have not very intuitive.

“I would like to thank the gentleman who works at this Papa John”s that helped the young lady who was having car trouble. You are a blessing and you touched so many lives with your humanity.
It’s very hard to find people who will help others.
So, I was at work and my co-worker sister had an issue with her vehicle. She just happened to be at this Papa John”s parking lot. That’s just tip of the iceberg.
So, her car was running hot. She also had a child in the car. My co-worker, was in panic , of course. Not only did she have a child in the car but they had to be to the hospital for a very important appointment.
Y’all, this is how good God is:
My co-worker called this Papa John”s and explained the situation. The car was running hot.
The young man that was working at the time . Went outside and helped.

The moral of the story is not only did the young man help my co-worker sister, but he help the child make it to their appointment, he helped my co-worker and his family by relieving their stress.
God put people in the right places at the right time.
I really appreciate you young man.

“We had a fantastic birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese! Our host was amazing, very patient with our toddler, made sure we had everything we needed, and explained everything clearly. The kids had so much fun with the games, the Chuck E. dance, and even the jumping zone at the end while cashing out tickets. Food was good, and the staff at the prize counter were incredibly patient. “The assistant GM, Roger, is always pleasant. He ensures the store is run efficiently and effectively. Since he took over at this location, the quality of the food and the speed of deliveries has greatly improved. Anytime I come into the store for a pickup order, I am impressed by the cleanliness. He and his staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery orders are much the same, and the drivers are polite and offer a great experience. The improvements I've seen since his recent appointment cannot be overstated.“

“Donato's is a popular pizza chain in this area that I often forget about because there's no locations here in Indiana (not in Lawrenceburg/Aurora anyway.) The few times I've had it I remembered liking it so I ran over to this location and got a pickup order. I'm not sure if they're offering inside dining yet as I ordered mine ahead of time and got it through a drive thru window they had. The order was ready when I got there and the staff that I dealt with were friendly. The food was still hot even after a 30 minute drive home so yay for that. I got the Ultimate 4 Cheese Pizza on their famous thin crust. They did indeed put a lot of cheese on there and it was pretty good. Although I'm a big fan of thin crust pizza I thought there's was almost too thin and brittle making it very cardboard like. Even if you wanted to do the New York thing and fold it over and eat it as a pizza wrap you couldn't do it because the crust would break. I like the toppings and I remember especially liking their sausage in the past (I was just in the mood for a lot of cheese on this day) so next time I'll get a little thicker crust that'll better support their great toppings. My wife and kids got the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella Pizza on their cauliflower crust and they all liked that very much. My wife needs to eat gluten-free and said that this crust was one of the best out there. There's a lot to like about Donato's and in the future I will check out the hoagies, sides, and other pizza options. For me this was good except their super thin crust which may just be a personal preference thing.“

They told me I couldn't get a refund on my ranch that they forgot and hung up on me THREE TIMES. You guys took my money, forgot my stuff and hung up on me. Their breadsticks continue to head up my Best Breadstick lust as the garlic flavour along with the size and texture put them right at the top for me. They're also endless as long as you're getting a meal and eating in the dining room. They've got some really good pasta dishes that I've talked about in past reviews but on this occasion I went with a sub and some boneless wings. The sub was a Classic Meatball one with the meatballs, marinara sauce, pepperoni and of course tons of mozzarella. It was a little ugly to look at but is sure tasted delicious. The boneless wings I got Hot which was a Buffalo sauce with a small bit of kick. They were quite good and a lot better than I would expect from a fast food Italian restaurant. Really good flavour even if they weren't that spicy (could be just my spice pallette too. I sometimes don't taste the spice when others do.) The service was top notch and the store was clean which wasn't always the case in the past. A very tasty and affordable lunch at Fazolis.“
