“Absolutely love this restaurant! The staff, service, and atmosphere is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend the chicken pasta, seasonal flat bread, and hamburger with fries. The cooks (Nick, Stephen, Jack, Jimmy, and Glen) are always top notch. With great people like JR, Jamie, Madi, and Jasmine adding amazing conversation and the best drinks you've ever had!

We order from this location a lot and never have any issues so I know this is just a one time mistake. We will continue to order from them in the future.“

“Celebrated my daughter Hope's 21st birthday at the Tousey House Tavern with her grandma, Mimi, and boyfriend, Jaime, from Madrid, Spain, who really wanted to try authentic fried chicken from Kentucky. It was a beautiful day to eat lunch on the porch. The table shared the fried green tomatoes to start. For mains, Mimi ordered the codfish sandwich, while Hope and Jaime ordered their famous fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Tousey Pasta (with shrimp on the side for others to enjoy). Everyone loved their dishes, especially Hope and Jaime, both of whom raved about the fried chicken being a perfect balance of crispy and juicy. For dessert, we split the complimentary birthday blackberry cobbler, which was delectably sweet and tart. From beginning to end, it was charming ambience, friendly service, and delicious food. Can't wait to try their Sunday brunch and come again for more celebrations.“

Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. “Sake Bomb is a great little Asian Restaurant/Sushi Bar in Erlanger. We've been here a few times but it had been quite a while. They have quite a lot Asian dishes but on this occasion we focused exclusively on the Sushi. Among the one's we had were the Sunday Morning (my personal favourite), fire scallop, and the firecracker among others. They are all visually appealing and absolutely delicious. The chef really took a lot of care crafting flavours into every bite. I really can't recommend their Sushi highly enough. Also I know I mentioned this in earlier reviews but the restaurant looks so magnificent and really authentic to Japanese culture. The seating is very close quarters so I must mention that as it might be off-putting to some. All in all the Sushi was excellent, the service was good, and the place looked awesome. Fantastic experience.“

“BFG is my favorite seafood restaurant around! They always have the freshest and best fish, shrimp, crab, and steak dishes rotating on the menu year round. You simply cannot beat their Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer. Their service is fantastic, personal, fast and friendly. The atmosphere inside is so relaxing in the dining room or bar area. I've been eating here for years and have never had a bad dish. I love this place and they certainly make ya feel special. Always a winner and highly recommend it to everyone. “I've been here a few times. Food is decent. Today though I sat at the bar with my daughter and the bar tender tells my daughter she has to sit at a table because she wasn't 21--that it was illegal. Even though she was there with me, an adult. She should have spoken to me not my teen.“

“This is one of what used to be two restaurants, nearly identical known as The Pub. The other was in Rookwood and closed recently after 25 years. We frequented that every week. This one is very similar in the inside in general, although the specific layout is quite different. One specific difference is the amount of screens; the Rookwood Pub seemed designed to allow you to watch sporting events, so if they had the World Cup on for example, you could watch the game. Most of the seats in the pub in Crestview do not have a view of a screen as far as I can see and the screens are smaller, so if you're not there to view a sporting event, it's less intrusive but it's not where I would go to watch one so it can be a plus some of the time and a minus others. The food menu is basically the same, although the items come across as somewhat different if you were used to the other Pub, probably a difference in chefs. If it's like the other Pub, sometimes they'll have a very good Chef for a while and then they'll get picked up at a greater salary by another restaurant and then there's a new one for a while. The wait staff tends to be young and often comes and goes. The person who waited on us was nice but it didn't feel as personable as some places, especially not like the other pub. As this is in a mall area, the parking is quite easy so that's a plus in its favor.
We will be back, although it's a bit of a trek for us to go down to Kentucky. I think for us the problem was it's like visiting with a brother or sister of a good friend you've lost and it's eerily close to the one you remember, but it isn't the one you remember and so our visit was tinged with a bit of sadness.“

But nightshift don't know who the knew girl is but apparently she doesn't do nothing the machines were very dirty and wet beer spilled on them cigarettes butts all over the floor dirty dishes on the games.when I walked in she never asked if you need anything my friend waited 10min before he got a beer tonight . Maybe instead of playing on the machines then this place would be much nicer and cleaner at night . I will say when Kelly was working nights it least she did work her butt off but this other girl no she won't do nothing.“

“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced“

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“So glad we were able to try Five Grain Noodle House! All staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all dishes! Food is amazing! We ordered the wonton soup, crab ragoons, spicy & sour soup w/ beef and five grain noodles, and orange chicken w/ fried rice. We will definitely be back ❤“

“Chuy's continues to be one of our go to's for awesome Tex-Mex cuisine. The restaurant looks so fun and the people have been so nice to us and that was definitely no different this time. On this occasion I got their Steak Burrito which was stuffed with steak, Jack cheese, and Hatch Green Chile sauce. The steak and cheese was excellent with great flavour cooked into the steak. The Hatch Green Chile sauce however was a bit disappointing with it being advertised as being spicy but lacked both spice or really any flavour at all. Even so the the steak and cheese did make up for the shortcomings of the sauce for me. The Mexican rice was excellent as well. All in all another great visit to Chuy's.“
