When I pulled up in the front window, this kid told me that my food wasn't even ready!! He said to me that there is a 1 hr of a wait. I was like hold on,the person in front of me got the same thing. So why would their be a 1 hr wait!?? The service was really bad too. When I finally got my food it was cold!

Drive thru attendant was a little kranky but git food fast and was good

Manger was rude, bad service. The lobby was empty-only 1 car in drive thru when we arrived. We mobile ordered 20 minutes ahead of time and selected ASAP and still waited 25 minutes when we got to the store. I asked them to please start on our food after we had been there 15 minutes and was told the drive thru gets served 1st and that mobile orders are last priority. I was told that if you order on their mobile app you will wait to twice as long for food?
