“This place is a gem! I can't drink coffee but I love chai, and they have the best chai around! They use a homemade leaf mix instead of powder or syrup like other places. I was able to buy some of the dry chai mix too so I can make it at home. They also have amazing pastries. And they are always super friendly.“

Parking: Not a lot of parking in front of the building, but plenty around.

Kid-friendliness: We had our baby with our stroller and it easily fit up the ramp and between tables.“

“I love Starbucks coffee. We went there yesterday so the kids could play in their small Park area. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is their restrooms were "out of order". That might not be a 'biggie' normally, but with small children and grandmas it is.“

“Want to give a shout out to the Starbucks on Dixie today. I had no idea it was a Christmas cup giveaway today when I put in my mobile order. The drive thru was all the way back to LB it seemed like. The parking lot was packed full, I had to park by Xfinity. Then I went inside and it was chaos. But that Barista that’s was making mobile drinks was kickin some butt! She was pumping them out as fast as she could! I only had to wait about 10min. The team kept their cool, worked together to get those drinks out and kept pushing each other along with words of encouragement. I loved it! It made me want to get behind the counter and help out. It’s great to see a team come together during a hectic morning during the holidays. Makes me miss retail for a quick hot minute. Then the feeling is over 🤣 thank you Starbucks for getting my morning started off right!“

Most products are in stock after lunch but if not - it's because hundreds of people have gone through the store.I love that you don't get charged for extras.I however DON'T like that the employees don't know how to make a proper cappuccino!! “I left a four star beverage typically I have great experiences here. This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here 5+ days a week. I usually order off my app. This particular Saturday that is what I did. I went inside to get my drink ( barrier states to not reach beyond point to get food or drink which I highly love due to I am a nurse and with COVID-19 pandemic I agree with) my drink was waiting for me. So punctual. I wanted a while then saw a young lady standing there in front of it while others were busling around like little elves getting ready for Christmas. So I asked this burista "Kaylee" if she could get my drink? She grabbed my drink and slammed it down, then crossed her arms. She was not pleasant at all. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the manager that day should have seen that this poor girl was in a horrible mood and should have been sent home. I wished upon Kaylee a better day and recommended that poor sad girl to go home and get some rest. To the other baristas enjoy your day saving people like me who need my coffee to save other's lives who are sick.“

“I ordered an item and asked to hold the tomatoes. They didn't. I had to spend lots of time picking them out of the food before I could eat. I went to the restaurant with pictures to alert the manager the next week. The hostess tried to get an owner to see me, but she returned telling me that they were too busy and it would be 10-15 minutes. Therefore, what was initially my desire to ask them to do better turned into a review about the disappointing food and terrible customer service. This was my first time visiting. I will return to IHOP, Cracker Barrel, and Speedway before I will ever consider or recommend this place. There were more tomatoes than what I displayed in the picture. I took it at the beginning of me separating them from the rest of the dish.“
