“First things first: Cheng’s is a wonderful restaurant with a gig-delivery OR customer pick up model and no seating for diners. We prefer to pick ours up which gives us a couple of minutes to enjoy the fragrances wafting out of their kitchen. The food is well prepared, fresh, and well packaged for the drive home. The counter service is polite and efficient. The parking is easy (they also have a drive-through pick up window). If you go pick up a paper menu to make ordering easier the second time. FYI, the five stars for atmosphere is because the waiting area is comfortable, clean and smells delicious.“

My teen daughter got a $25 gift card for Christmas and was browsing the menu and accidentally placed an order for 10 or 11am pick up when they open the proceeding morning. These folks helped us sort it out and replaced her order exactly and we went down and got it for her. Very understanding. Good food always fresh.“

“OK, here goes. There are Chinese Buffets, some subpar, to say the least; then, there is No 1 China Buffet on Reynolds Road, Lexington, KY. I went there, for the 1st time. I don't even know where to begin. If you weren't careful, you would swear that you walked into a Chinese Fine-Dining restaurant. The lights are kinda low, where the tables are. Music is playing softly, smooth vibes all around. Then, it hits you, the aroma of all the deliciousness you can think of. The buffet offers traditional Chinese, hibachi, sushi, salad, some basic American dishes and desserts. The buffet offers a variety of desserts that also include a self-serve ice cream bar. The tables, dishes etc are clean..very clean.They have children pricing for 5 and under; as well as, for ages 5 to 10. This makes it very affordable for families. This Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh and plentiful buffet options, including sushi, hibachi, and crab legs, and many appreciate the friendly and attentive service. It was all piping hot and fresh, the establishment was clean, the service was good and everyone I came into contact with (employee-wise) was very friendly. Sushi was fresh and plentiful. There's plenty of handicap spaces. The doors aren't automatic; but easy to open. This restaurant is located next door to Splash em Out Laundromat. You can eat at the restaurant or you can use takeout that's weighed by the pound, I think. I got takeout for 2 people and the plates were full and only cost $23 with tax.

“i love this place, yeah people might complain about it but to me, the food is good, it's hygienic in my eyes, whenever i have the money, i'd go there (usually a few times a year ) love their chinese sugar donuts along with their honey chicken, their chinese potatoes as well. i love the atmosphere in that restaurant.“
