“This is the best sushi place I have ever had, and my friend and I will only go to this restaurant for sushi! We come here often, and everything is always so fresh and delicious! The owner of Osaka is also very passionate about the food and cares a lot for his customers.

The selection here has a broad variety, and is affordable, and of high quality. For raw sushi choices, I highly recommend the oishi roll, truffle roll, and dragon fly roll! The sushi sandwich is also very good as well for people who enjoy smoked eel! The kalbi beef short ribs is my personal favorite, and I always get it along several dishes of sushi. By far, Osaka is my favorite restaurant ever!“

“I don’t usually post reviews, but today, we had the best experience at a place I’ve always wanted to go— The Glitz Restaurant at Irish Acres Gallery in Nonesuch, Kentucky! We didn’t have a baby carrier with us (not aren’t allowed in the antique gallery), so the restaraunt staff put us in a booth, and brought out a snuggle lounger for our 3-month old! Everyone was so accommodating and kind to us, even though we popped in without a reservation, and were probably a little underdressed. The food and atmosphere was nothing short of magical! Baby Nora loved all the twinkle lights and was enchanted by all the sweet staff who stopped to speak to her. 10/10, whole heartedly recommend!“

If you've never been to an Indian Restaurant go during the buffet and sample small amounts to figure out what you like the best. “These folks at Banners are top tier! Played a little pop up gig there last night on my way through and was treated unbelievably well considering I was just some musician they’d never heard of. The servers are friendly and accommodating, and the locals who hang out here are a FUN bunch who sang a long to all the songs they knew, and even got down on some ORIGINAL music! I’d recommend artists to consider playing here, and I’d recommend those looking for somewhere to get a good bite to eat in a really fun atmosphere to check out Banners! Thanks guys! I’ll be back!“

“We have been here multiple times and the food is always incredible!!! Their water is always super cold and tastes great! I love the fried chicken dinner and never can seem to order anything else. I gave 5 stars on the food and atmosphere, the service and hostess could definitely use an improvement though as we were wait listed for 15 mins with a seemingly empty restaurant. We were seated at a table that was empty when we came in. Once seated we waited almost 5 minutes for our server to bring drinks. If you can get by these small inconveniences, it's well worth a visit for the food!“

“After living in California for over 10 years and enjoying an abundance of Mexican food, it was quite a challenge to find a good place here in Lexington. Now, I can confidently say that this restaurant serves the most authentic food and actually offers salsa, not just sauce like some other places I’ve tried.

The cashier was really nice and helpful with my dietary restrictions. I'll definitely be back!

“Finally got to visit Historic Shaker Village -after a 45 year wait! The restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Reservations are needed. We had a wonderful breakfast with the best bacon ever. The menu is limited. Biscuits and scrambled eggs main attraction. Dinner menu was much larger with delicious little yeast rolls. I had walleye, it is a small portion which is good because it was very salty. Also a spaghetti squash au gratin casserole. It was delicious. I love that the server told us that we could take our wine outside after dinner to listen to music. Which we did.Also enjoyed another glass while we were out there. Perfect close to a lovely trip to historic Shaker Village.“

After Saturday’s commencement, we wanted to celebrate. My mom and her fiancé were so impressed with Sedona Taphouse from the previous evening, that they treated us to an early dinner along with some drinks there. It was amazing from the appetizers to the drinks to the entrees. Our server was a delight, but we also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Ben as he came over to not only check on us, but to shake my son’s hand and personally congratulate him on his achievement. He really made a big deal about his accomplishment and even went as far to pay for his meal, drinks and dessert. So unexpected! Ben went above & beyond and that food and atmosphere was outstanding. We frequent Lexington often, I’ve found my new spot for lunch or dinner. Thank you Ben!! We can’t thank you enough for making Mason’s special day even more memorable.“

“First things first: Cheng’s is a wonderful restaurant with a gig-delivery OR customer pick up model and no seating for diners. We prefer to pick ours up which gives us a couple of minutes to enjoy the fragrances wafting out of their kitchen. The food is well prepared, fresh, and well packaged for the drive home. The counter service is polite and efficient. The parking is easy (they also have a drive-through pick up window). If you go pick up a paper menu to make ordering easier the second time. FYI, the five stars for atmosphere is because the waiting area is comfortable, clean and smells delicious.“

While she could not possibly be in all restaurants at the same time, she selects the best team members to represent her vision and values. We loved every part of our experience at Honeywood. Food: creamy grits and polenta, slow cooked greens, risotto, local beef and quail, fresh seasonal vegetables, crispy country ham, deviled eggs stuffed with lump crab???? AND those damn sweet potato beignets!!! Never disappoint. service is top notch, without all the fanfare of a fine dining restaurant. Wine list and craft cocktails are legit. Anything goes and we felt comfortable in fancy duds and blue jeans with a T-shirt (which you can purchase in any of her places as well as her cookbook). “Let me start by saying the food is FANTASTIC! West Coast is one of the best pizza places in town. Every order is freshly made, toppings are top notch and their sauces are perfect for dipping.
However buyer beware (and this pains me to tell you this). The last 3 times we have ordered carryout when the card reader is turned towards me the employee added a tip without my consent! This is shady and it needs to stop immediately. I don't mind tipping for great food but this should be left to the patron and not the employees“

Dietary restrictions: Staff are helpful at identifying dishes that have or do not have certain ingredients. Their pad Thai can be vegan gluten free by removing egg and choosing tofu or vegetables for the protein.

Parking: Never had to find parking outside the lot. Despite it being small, it usually frees up a spot when we pull in if it's full.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no power doors, tight access to bathrooms. Seating is primarily booths, not chairs.“

Idk whether it's spelt "Christy" or "Kristy" in her case, but she is a very sweet waitress and is always brightening my visits. She gives me better customer service than not only anybody who's ever waited on me at Puccini's, but better than anybody who's ever waited on me anywhere I have been out to eat. I totally recommend you go there and support her as someone who can give the same type of service to you.“
