“Delicious. A respectful suggestion; the menu could be improved. There was a lot of options that seemed very similar scattered across the place. and the description was lacking. There was certain words or categories without descriptions that I wasn't sure about. It made it more difficult to choose( I will own up to my part of not knowing much about Japanese food).
It would be cool to go help them make a menu I think it would fun. If y'all want help on a menu let me know we could colab. Art, detailed breakdown of each item and some good food.“

“We had Gumbo ya-ya cater our son’s graduation party and it was fabulous!! We had multiple cajun options from the restaurant for guests to choose from and at the end of the night people had gone back for 3rd and 4th servings!! We were so pleased, the owners were amazing and made sure our special event was enjoyed by all. No one walked away hungry and everyone complimented us on the food!! We will definitely use them again. “These folks at Banners are top tier! Played a little pop up gig there last night on my way through and was treated unbelievably well considering I was just some musician they’d never heard of. The servers are friendly and accommodating, and the locals who hang out here are a FUN bunch who sang a long to all the songs they knew, and even got down on some ORIGINAL music! More than that, I want to say from the hostess, to the servers, the ones who prepared the food, and the managers, are a delight. Full of kindness, making accommodations when we had some extras join us at the last minute. The building is filled with wonderful people. Back to the ones who prepared the food. “Shakers Village of Pleasent Hill is off the beaten path. When you get down into the Village you are stopped and asked were your part of the Village you came to see. When you park your car,and enter the Village there is quite silent sound. You hear the birds flap their wings. You hear the creek waters roll over the rocks. You smell clean forest pine trees. “I go to Roosters often; I have great times there, from the good food to the great atmosphere. The wooden booths, quirky signs, and numerous TVs make it a great place for people to relax and have a good time. A good way to pass the time while I’m waiting for my food is to watch a football game or play the occasional trivia they have on sometimes. On my last visit, I came with my friend and boyfriend, and we had a great time eating a variety of food and being served by an excellent waiter who was friendly and efficient. When it comes to our food, Roosters never goes wrong with their curly fries and boneless wings. The wings were perfectly crisp, and the hot sauce is always top tier. The atmosphere is what brings it all together, from groups to families and friends to people just sitting at the bar. It is always cheerful and full of life every time I come here. I would say that Roosters delivers a perfect balance of good food and fun, and it's always a pleasure to go, so I plan to keep coming back many times after.“

“My mom and her fiancé drove in from Gulf Shores, AL to attend my son’s (her grandson’s) college graduation from UK. I was able to book them 2 night at the Clarion for the event. After Saturday’s commencement, we wanted to celebrate. My mom and her fiancé were so impressed with Sedona Taphouse from the previous evening, that they treated us to an early dinner along with some drinks there. It was amazing from the appetizers to the drinks to the entrees. Our server was a delight, but we also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Ben as he came over to not only check on us, but to shake my son’s hand and personally congratulate him on his achievement. He really made a big deal about his accomplishment and even went as far to pay for his meal, drinks and dessert. So unexpected! Ben went above & beyond and that food and atmosphere was outstanding. We frequent Lexington often, I’ve found my new spot for lunch or dinner. Thank you Ben!! We can’t thank you enough for making Mason’s special day even more memorable.“

“Let me start by saying the food is FANTASTIC! West Coast is one of the best pizza places in town. Every order is freshly made, toppings are top notch and their sauces are perfect for dipping.
However buyer beware (and this pains me to tell you this). The last 3 times we have ordered carryout when the card reader is turned towards me the employee added a tip without my consent! This is shady and it needs to stop immediately. I don't mind tipping for great food but this should be left to the patron and not the employees“

Idk whether it's spelt "Christy" or "Kristy" in her case, but she is a very sweet waitress and is always brightening my visits. She gives me better customer service than not only anybody who's ever waited on me at Puccini's, but better than anybody who's ever waited on me anywhere I have been out to eat. I totally recommend you go there and support her as someone who can give the same type of service to you.“

“Everything at Honeywoood is done with such beautiful intentionality, like all of a Ouita Michel’s creations. It is no accident that you feel surrounded by Kentucky history, agriculture and the arts when you enter any of her establishments. The food is no exception. While she could not possibly be in all restaurants at the same time, she selects the best team members to represent her vision and values. We loved every part of our experience at Honeywood. Food: creamy grits and polenta, slow cooked greens, risotto, local beef and quail, fresh seasonal vegetables, crispy country ham, deviled eggs stuffed with lump crab???? AND those damn sweet potato beignets!!! Never disappoint. service is top notch, without all the fanfare of a fine dining restaurant. Wine list and craft cocktails are legit. Anything goes and we felt comfortable in fancy duds and blue jeans with a T-shirt (which you can purchase in any of her places as well as her cookbook). “The environment was neat and our server was really friendly and helpful. The restroom needed to be cleaned and there were at least 4 employees standing around talking/on their phones during our visit.
We received complimentary seafood bread and it was really tasty. Our food was served quickly and hot. We ordered the fried catfish po’boy, fried gator po’boy, and a seafood boil (snow crab legs, lobster tail, corn, potatoes, crab house cajun, mild). The seafood boil was flavorful, the fried catfish was ok, the gator was good but not enough to fill the bread, and the hushpuppies were really good.
I recommend this restaurant if you like seafood.“

“My dad and i went to get a nacho kit. As soon as we walked in, there was no kind of greeting so I initiated one. Then comes the order. It's like no one knew what we were talking about. After a few minutes they figured it out. A young man that seemed to be the manager on shift had a horrible attitude, not personable and is just not where he needs to be serving people if that is how his attitude is. We got extra meat. He was sure to tell us it would be extra which is common sense. We knew it would be. He was sure to ask the sweet girl at the register if we paid for the extra. We all 3 said yes and he tore the receipt off the machine and checked it twice. I understand some people are like that to not pay for what they order, but to be treated that way after spending what we did there was absolutely ridiculous. I was embarrassed to even be there. The food was good, we enjoyed it. So for that I'll give 5 stars. Shame on the young man for being so rude. You need a new job.“

“First things first: Cheng’s is a wonderful restaurant with a gig-delivery OR customer pick up model and no seating for diners. We prefer to pick ours up which gives us a couple of minutes to enjoy the fragrances wafting out of their kitchen. The food is well prepared, fresh, and well packaged for the drive home. The counter service is polite and efficient. The parking is easy (they also have a drive-through pick up window). If you go pick up a paper menu to make ordering easier the second time. FYI, the five stars for atmosphere is because the waiting area is comfortable, clean and smells delicious.“
