“If you’re craving some real Cajun flavor, this spot is where it’s at! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, I am always immediately greeted with smiles and hellos from the sweetest employees! These girls are the definition of southern charm! The food is amazing, I have never had anything I did not LOVE. You have to try the crawfish bread which is my personal favorite. Portions are amazing and this is definitely a must-try if you want some down-home Cajun goodness or a home cooked meal without the hassle!“

“My husband introduced me to this place this evening and man! My new favorite spot! It was so good! We both got the orange chicken with rice and egg roll! Cooked fresh to order, so much food for your money, and such a great taste! Food was ready quickly. Friendly staff! 10/10 recommend!“

“The Lobster Bisque, Lobster Tail and truffle Mac and cheese were absolutely superb. The only small thing that was a disappointment was the foie gras, which I have had numerous times before while dining here, however last night it was a very much smaller portion than usual and the bread was burnt on the edges. Other than this I would still definitely recommend this establishment for an excellent dining experience.“

Supper great I love the hugs especially before the food It makes me want to come back anytime I drive 1 hr just to dine in there. Hands down. Great bbq. “10/10 every time! The food and overall experience at the Grotto at the Golden Nugget is always amazing—especially the meatballs and marinara. The atmosphere is perfect: relaxing, quiet, and ideal for enjoying a good meal and great conversation with friends, but the real gem is Hannah, and the reason we choose Grotto every time we visit GNLC. “It is always so unbearably cold in there. We bring sweaters etc, but last night I shivered through my meal being unable to enjoy it. And the waiter was rushing us through the meal. Arrived at 515p out by 540p. The food is always delicious but the atmosphere killed it. Very fast loud music, difficult to hold a conversation at the table.“

“Brought my dad, daughter, and grandmother here to eat. Grandmother never had an American waygu steak before, tried the featured bonein waygu strip and loved it. Couldn't stoped talking about the amazing flavor from the marbling of the steak. Highly recommend!“

“We had a great experience dining here on 6/3/23. The dozen oysters on the half shell were very tasty. My husband had the catfish and commented on how it was the best he has had in a very long time. I had the burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for accommodating all my food allergies. It’s difficult but you all really tried and I appreciate it very much. Finally, we had great service from Brook and enjoyed eating on the patio. Keep up the great work. Food service is a grueling job but you all did it so effortlessly!“

“Best wonton soup and pork egg fu yung I’ve had in years, very generous portions. Tried the Sesame chicken and liked that as well but in all honesty, I always go for the pork egg fu, my husband and I usually get a large wonton soup, egg rolls and an order of egg fu and it’s more than enough for the both of us for dinner. I know I need to try some other menu items but I love the egg fu so much I just can’t bring myself to order anything else. We haven’t had egg fu yung this good since 2007 when we moved to a Europe.We only discovered this restaurant this year but we sure are glad we did and now it’s pretty much our go to for Chinese every few weeks, sometimes more often!“

“Wow, the food was great and the level of service was friendly and better than we could have ever expected. Patricia, Toni, Charlene and Sarah were amazing and definitely added to the experience. The place was clean the outside appearance doesn't look like much but, the inside was very well decorated and they obviously didn't spare any expense to make it top notch! We will be back!!!“
