“If you go, give your tip directly to your server in cash and tell them it's not a tip, but a gift. Koal's pays their employees weak pay and acts like they're doing them a favor. Multiple employees over the years have told me Koal's keeps the tips we pay for the servers to have saying that the employees can have them if they want to make $2 an hour. Love the food there, but I won't support them after finding this out.“

“As being from Wisconsin there is always Frozen Custard shops actually everywhere up there, and I have always wanted Frozen Custard since I moved back home to Louisiana but could never get it down here, now that Freddy's is here I can get all the Frozen Custard I want, I love it.“

She explained the menu, we purchased items like a couples meal...not named that...ahaha but we were genuinely satisfied after eating...we had 4 burgers with waffle fries and a drink the sauce on the burgers are tasty and the queso for the fries a neat twist 😋...now the temps are about 95 degrees on our visit...but with the fans blowing...because its only outside seating But Alayna put down the sun screens for us it was comfortable and shady...another staff member separated our meals like a couples thing...cute...BUT the whole establishment is cute, love the color of the building, the food was good, they have waffle fries 🍟 and it was perfect with a root beer drink. Thank You Alayna!!! For your Awesome Alexandria Treatment!!! We Loved it!!!“

“My grand daughter with young son and I enjoyed delicious meals - (fried fish , shrimp ,hush puppies , Fr fries , onion rings Cole slaw and Hamburger ) !! She lives in NOrleans and was so impressed with quality of the meals AND the price !! I’ve been eating there a good while and have NEVER been disappointed in any way ! Seating is a small area but not crowded feeling ! Drive up window also - give order , drive around , park , and shortly the meal is delivered to your car ! Cashier , waitress etc very polite and efficient ! 💙❤️😆“

“Everything is awesome here, except the gumbo…the gumbo is gross (i.e. flavorless) and too expensive for its quality, drive a bit further in either direction and you’ll definitely find better. The chicken cracklins’ are second to none! Do stop. Don’t order the gumbo…unless they’re touting a new recipe.“

“Best Wendy's of the 3 in alec. Fast, fresh. Service was awesome. Lobby is clean. All sodas were in stock. Ice worked. Ketchup pump works. Utensils stocked.

Food was hot and made properly. Not just thrown together. Crew looked happy and having fun at work.“

“went on 2/5/26 ordered footling meal w tots double cheese w tots and cheddar pepper wait 20 mins they were out footling and instead of making fresh gave 2 regular in footling bun 1 tot ice cold 1 piping hot burger had at least 7 pickles and 2 handfuls of onions I ask for extra of neither call next day spoke mgr she out my name down said would replace tots and footling go back a couple days later young mgr comes tells me yes that's messed up but we don't have your receipt anymore I show her my receipt then I show her my call log where I spoke to the mgr she said she'd give the tots and footling then went in called the GM and came and told me I should have came withing a couple days well I libe in Colfax 20 mins away im not always in Pineville I think this is ridiculous considering we spent 30 dollars and almost the entire order was messed up and can't even get comped a dog gone hot dog an tater tot also side note kids don't make good managers“
