Dissatisfied. Visited at an off-peak time with seemingly adequate staff in front and back of the restaurant. During my visit, I observed 5 occupied tables with a max of 15-18 guests and 3 waiters/servers for all people plus kitchen staff.The wings delivered to the table after a long wait and were all cold, the celery was dirty, and the servers largely inattentive. I tasted the traditional wings with the Blazing Knockout sauce and believe me, this sauce is so hot, it will knock you the "h" out. Definitely, the hottest wings I've ever had and the funny thing, I kept eating them.

I walked into restaurant and stood by the hostess stand for over 5 minutes waiting to get acknowledged. I finally decided to walk to the to-go area where a lady was. I asked if someone was working the front because I waiting to be seated and her attitude wasn’t the best. I ended up walking out to go to another location. Decent customer service isn’t hard to give.
