“They customer service is good. I ordered 1 combo which took more time than expected to get. The inside is decent and with the big windows allows more natural light. They allow you to view the street, interstate, other businesses while eating and enjoying your meal“
“It was cool. They were short handed so the wait was a lil long but other than that the customer service was good and food was made correctly.
10-7-2025 Update: The staff was friendly and patient. The young lady at the window was nice and polite. Even though the drive thru line seemed long she held her composure and took orders efficiently, and correctly.“
“This review is specifically for 7638 Perkins Rd. Baton Rouge location. This manager really deserves some kudos for a well ran and clean restaurant. My husband and I stopped in around noon to pick up a mobile order on our way out of town on business. The manager was friendly, but very efficient and communicative with her team to ensure timely delivery of pick up orders. The food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. This is almost non-existent nowadays. The burgers were hot enough to melt the cheese in the few seconds between being made and arriving immediately into my hands. You really can taste the difference when the restaurant is ran well. Great job.“

“We arrived at Burger King late after work. Djhanna Jordan was the absolute best. Her and her team made sure our order was correct and hot. I've never had an experience like this with a drive thru. She was very kind and super patient even though it was really late. Hats off to you ma'am!!!!!!!!“
“Very kind! ? I accidentally forgot some items I purchased at a boutique in the restroom. I live far from this area and expected it to be long gone by time I had realized it was not with me.. I called, and they were very understanding and helpful. They had found the bag and held onto the items and waited for me to be able to pick them up!! I am so grateful for their generosity!“
“Amazing whopper. Always a beef patty that covers the buns, not like McDonald's big Mac, which are hardly recognizable as a patty and all buns that have shrunk too. The fries good and soft drinks. The drive thru was professional and friendly. The food and drinks were exactly as ordered and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger both plain. Food was out to me quick.

“This review is to share what an amazing time my daughter (the birthday girl) and all of our guests had at her birthday party at Burger King on Florida Blvd. (right in front of the Amazon distribution center). The management and staff were AMAZING! We happened upon this BK location while stopping for a potty training stop one afternoon and my mom and I were shocked over the cleanliness, brightness, kind employees and awesome (and clean) Playland! Upon talking to the manager and finding out they offered birthday parties in the Playland, I was sold!The day of the party, I was running around with my head cut off and my husband got there before me. When I called him and told him we were in route with the rest of the decorations, he says ooook... but you may not need them. I was baffled to say the least, but when I walked in I was amazed! They don't "decorate" for everyone, but they loved Madison so much from our visits after our initial one, that they blessed her (and I) tremendously! The manager, Ms. CeCe was incredible and one of her staff members was there decorating with their own personal items and even made a special birthday pin for Madison. The impression they left on me and my family is truly a special one! Every kid got a happy meal and when we cut the cake, they had a cup of BK vanillia ice cream.We unfortunately always hear the negative reviews or comments on social media, so I knew I HAD to make a POSITIVE one about this Burger King location, it's amazing management and incredible and thoughtful staff! These people went above and beyond and for that, I am eternally thankful and would HIGHLY recommend their restaurant, food and services.

“Usually I’m nervous I’ll waste my time and energy with fast food, especially BK. Location makes or breaks it. Upon walking in, the manager was on the front lies, giving orders and running his crew effectively and efficiently. Food came out perfect.“
“I like this location! One of the better fast food places on Sherwood Forest. A lot of bad reviews on negative attitude but every time I go the staff just gets the job done and moves on, sometimes even with a smile on their face. That being said, I am also not a difficult customer. They are very professional here so yeah I like this location.“
“I want to thank the woman working late at this Burger King the night of 11/22/25. My husband, young children, and I were stranded nearby late at night after a very stressful situation. Even though the dining room was closed, she saw that we were scared and my children crying and had nowhere safe to go. She let us inside to wait, saying she'd handle any trouble with her boss later.
Her compassion and willingness to help kept my children safe are commendable and say so much about her character.
I didn't catch her name, but she deserves recognition, praise, and absolutely no discipline for helping a family in crisis. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful.“
