“So dashed in to get a bite. The order came out cold and large tots had the same as small tots. Called the manager and they sent out a member of management, who was very apologetic, who replaced the order. If not for her this would be a different review! Keep her please.“

“Hands down my favorite place to eat..their service is always friendly, warm and welcoming, my food has been fresh and hot every time, not to mention SUPER fast service, I be like no way my order is already done that fast i just ordered..Definitely recommend them, BEST OF THE BEST!!!“

“My experience at sonic has been amazing I have been there twice this week and I had the same carhop both times she read my order to me, she waited for me to check my food, and she has a beautiful smile she came back out to make sure that I enjoyed the food we even cracked a few jokes. “This sonic was not a drive in but made like a regular fast food restaurant with a drive thru. The cashier was named Jennifer and she was awesome! I had never been here before because I was visiting from Tennessee and she exemplified great customer service. I was the second car in line. Once my order was taken and given a total I pulled up behind the car in front of me. For some reason their order was delayed, so she came out the side door and completed my order so that by the time that car pulled off we would leave together and I wouldn't have to wait a second time. I found that going beyond the call of duty. Because she could have very well let me wait, because it was out of her control that their order wasn't ready and I only ordered a butterfinger blast. Next time I'm in the area, will definitely Patton again. Hopefully next time I have cash so I can tip her.“

They said the order would be right out, and everything came right out, even after ordering we sat out in the car to eat, and they came back on the order device to ask if we needed anything else, they gave us extra onions, and bought out a fork, and extra napkins with no additional charge, very polite young man took our order.This location rocks! chick filet eat your heart out, Sonic is standing side by side with your customer service???“

“It's a standard Sonic drive-in. The service was fast. We used the app to order and that was an easy to do and they brought it right out. Because this is near an intersection it's pretty easy to get in and out. I really love their ice cream because it's actual ice cream and not ice milk.“

“I really only order the milkshakes and they did an amazing job, LG caramel milkshake with extra caramel and Oreo pieces… and always use the sonic app if you get the milkshakes or any type of drinks( half price) it’s always happy hour with the app“

“Our car hop took forever to come to us, gave us the wrong order, then took forever coming to bring us what was supposed to be the right order but still had an extra drink on it. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that he even took the order wrong. We got an extra drink we didn't want, but had paid for... whatever. The food and drinks are always on point here.“

“I don’t know what happened, but these guys now have some of the best fast food customer service in BR. I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me. After the type of customer service I’ve gotten used to here, I was shooketh, as they say.“

“No problems with my order. Everything was correct and fresh. I ordered via the app and by the time I got there I still had to wait but it wasn't too long. The carhop was very friendly and double-checked my order with me before he handed over the food. I ordered two Wacky Packs and each one had a different toy in it! No multiples of the same toy! I see other folks have had troubles here, but a big thumbs-up from me.“

“When he couldn’t hear our order, our Sonic staffer literally ran to our car to talk directly with us. He was upbeat and quick, accurate with a complex order, and it was delivered in less than two minutes by a sweet young lady who had a fantastic attitude. I’m surprised by some of these other reviews because our visit was so impressive that we asked to speak to the manager and share with him how great it was. Mr. Earl is doing great new things with this Sonic!“
