“The food was good, but the young ladies working here seemed like they would rather be at the club twerking butt cheeks rather than working late nights.
It was the very few spots open since almost every other fast food place was closed.“
“I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Tonight took a little longer than expected, and I was initially a bit upset. However, today I had the opportunity to speak with GM Tarsha and her supervisor Kristi, and I gained a deeper appreciation for the hard work you all put in.
I understand that this location is running with a very small crew – just a cook, an operator/waitress, and a server bringing out the food – yet you still managed to handle multiple cars and keep things moving as best you could. I truly appreciate you all for coming to work, even during difficult times, and for making my food and drinks.
I pray that God continues to keep you all healthy and safe. I know fast food can be a challenging job, but remember to keep God first, stay obedient, and trust that He will unlock so many doors for you. Tarsha spoke very highly of each of you and genuinely appreciates your hard work and dedication.
I also want to share a little of my story. I’ve faced my own challenges. When I was younger, there were days without food because of my father’s struggles with addiction. My mother, a nurse who still serves others today, worked hard to provide for us, and I pushed through to become the nurse I am today. So, don’t give up. Even when it rains, remember the sun will shine, and the flowers will bloom again.
God has you, and He sees your efforts. Keep pushing forward.“
“My experience at sonic has been amazing I have been there twice this week and I had the same carhop both times she read my order to me, she waited for me to check my food, and she has a beautiful smile she came back out to make sure that I enjoyed the food we even cracked a few jokes. “It's a standard Sonic drive-in. The service was fast. We used the app to order and that was an easy to do and they brought it right out. Because this is near an intersection it's pretty easy to get in and out. I really love their ice cream because it's actual ice cream and not ice milk.“

They said the order would be right out, and everything came right out, even after ordering we sat out in the car to eat, and they came back on the order device to ask if we needed anything else, they gave us extra onions, and bought out a fork, and extra napkins with no additional charge, very polite young man took our order.This location rocks! chick filet eat your heart out, Sonic is standing side by side with your customer service???“
“Our car hop took forever to come to us, gave us the wrong order, then took forever coming to bring us what was supposed to be the right order but still had an extra drink on it. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that he even took the order wrong. We got an extra drink we didn't want, but had paid for... whatever. The food and drinks are always on point here.“
“This locations rating is wrong. My service here has always been top notch. Even had an order corrected, which i never do, the guy taking orders insisted politely. My car hop has always been on her game. I say add another star, I'll push that one too for the 6 star rating.“
“I don’t know what happened, but these guys now have some of the best fast food customer service in BR. I was shocked when my carhop came out, introduced himself, explained my order, made sure I was satisfied, and pointed out that if I needed anything else that I could push the red button and he’d be right back out to take care of me. After the type of customer service I’ve gotten used to here, I was shooketh, as they say.“
“I wish I would've said it's to a receipt, to give her credit, because this lady was hustling. They were having trouble with the system/speaker, but she just asked me wait a minute while it boots up. Then she remembered some of my order and was ready when I hit the button again. She was ready for whatever was thrown her way, it just rolled off her shoulders. I heard her on the the customers speakers. I know not everyone would be able to handle this. BTW. She's BY HERSELF, meaning she's taking the order of every car want delivering all the food AND dealing with the technical difficulties. I would be on the verge of tears if I worked here.“
“When he couldn’t hear our order, our Sonic staffer literally ran to our car to talk directly with us. He was upbeat and quick, accurate with a complex order, and it was delivered in less than two minutes by a sweet young lady who had a fantastic attitude. I’m surprised by some of these other reviews because our visit was so impressive that we asked to speak to the manager and share with him how great it was. Mr. Earl is doing great new things with this Sonic!“
“So dashed in to get a bite. The order came out cold and large tots had the same as small tots. Called the manager and they sent out a member of management, who was very apologetic, who replaced the order. If not for her this would be a different review! Keep her please.“
