“As always this location has the best Customer Service- I have to give a Big shout out to The Staff as a Whole- Today Blair took the time and made a recommendation to my favorite drink also showed me how to apply it to my Favorites on the app. KUDOS TO BLAIR- I LOVE THE ADDED TOUCH TO MY DRINK??????“

“I’m leaving this review for Malik & Chad at the Airline & Antioch location (store # 29618). My mother and I were in there a couple times this week and my mom has a coffee order w/SEVERAL steps to making it. We’re usually met w/eye rolls and heavy sighs when we order. Malik & Chad were angels. They took our order w/zero disdain. They even tried to remake it once(w/o us even mentioning anything) because they forgot the whipped cream. Those two young men have made this location our favorite (and my mom buys LOTS of Starbucks, coffe and cups) that we will always visit each time we get Starbucks. I’ve never left a review before because I’ve never had a barista make my mom’s coffee without attitude. That’s how much we appreciate Malik & Chad. They didn’t treat us like a nuisance, they were friendly, personable and happy. They made us feel welcome and that our time and order (and the money we spend here) mattered. Starbucks, YOU should have Malik & Chad train employees on a corporate level because they’re it. They have it. Thank you Malik & Chad for giving us faith in friendly service again. A & D“

“Usually a good experience here. Took off a star because a couple months ago, the worker at the drive thru used 200 stars without asking on one of my drinks. Was upset, because I typically save up my stars for the more costly drinks. She used it on a $5 drink that I KNOW for a fact I did not ask for. I did not realize until after I pulled out the parking lot.

Other than that experience, they always make my drinks very well at this location. I'll drive past when there's a long line though.“

“i go late before they close sometimes when im on my lunch shift and there is a girl who’s always in the drive thru, on closing shifts I assume, she has brown hair that she wears in a low ponytail, she is the most nicest sweetest person ever!!! she always has a red hat on. wish I knew her name love herrrr!!!“

“So there’s this lady there by the name of Cat I believe. And let me just tell you, sis is a BARISTA for real!! Some people just work at Starbucks but she’s GOT IT! I work across the street and every time I come in she greets me with a smile and gives exceptional service. & Why is everything that she recommends so good???? I hope she stays here forever. I hope she gets moved all the way up and gets to teach people her ways! & yes adding the vanilla bean was amazing!!!! Thanks again. Be back probably tomorrow!“

“Stopped by to have a cup of coffee and pastry. A good location to sit a have time to enjoy the brewed coffee or drip style. Just think there should be a better variety of condiments and additives to coffee. Pleasant staff and great atmosphere.“

“We travel all over the country. This was the best Starbucks experience we’ve had. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, however, Kyle and the barista closest to Kyle(sorry I didn’t see your name)went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.“

“I come to this location literally EVERY day before I go into work. All of your employees have great customer service and are always so helpful. But your girl Julie deserves a raise. She always takes care of me. She has such a positive attitude and is so caring. You can definitely tell that she loves her job and she loves her guest as well. I couldn’t ask for better service. Josh went above and beyond with a jovial attitude that exemplified and radiated innumerable positive aspects of engaging customer service; an endangered species in the evolution of the industry. Store and regional managers, consider yourselves fortunate and do your level best to retain his talent.“

“Great spot to get some work done while my son is in tutoring at studyville close by. Great coffee, very clean and the service was exceptional. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 on atmosphere is bc of how cold it was. I joked with the barista that I was the only one in there and everyone else was getting theirs to go bc of how cold it was. She said it's hard to keep a good temp bc its hot with the machines running, which I 100% get, but burrrrr!I'll definitely be back and it's not a huge deal, but a push up of a degree or 2 would be amazing. Lol...Overall VERY pleased!“

“I’ve been using their pharmacy for over 25 years now. That’s the only reason I don’t shop for groceries at Calvin’s instead. The pharmacy staff is outstanding. They work hard to get my prescriptions filled quickly . The pharmacists, Denise and Chris are always friendly and polite. They take a good deal of time answering any questions and never rush me. Dealing with regular pharmacists who have been in the same place for years and know me and my medications is invaluable.“

“I love the location of this Starbucks, but I have how they changed the seating from super comfortable to uncomfortable. I used to be able to sit back and relax there (Pre-Covid) and now, my back hurts after seating there more than 20 minutes.“
