Wingstop in Baton Rouge

“I love going to this WingStop. I think she is a manager, her name is Joy. She is always nice and sweet. She constantly moving, Answering the phone, taking orders, making food, wiping tables, etc etc. She's always busy and always nice. Joy needs a raise or promotion. Ranaiya is also very nice and polite, she's funny and courteous. I love this location and I'll continue coming. The people, the service, and the food are all great. The people makes this the best wingstop in my opinion.“

“Wings come in a variety of flavors and styles. Prepared when you order. As good as anywhere and better than most. Sides are limited. I think the fries are cut in house. Veggie sticks. Can be a little unorganized and counter people don't communicate with the customers well. When you arrive for your phone in order nobody asks you if you are there for pickup. If you aren't assertive you and your order might sit there 'til doomsday!“

“Had a fantastic experience at the Wingstop on Siegen! The wings were absolutely perfect—crispy on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside. I got the Cajun Hot and my girlfriend loved the Hot Honey. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, as always.The store was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. There is limited seating , so no large parties at this location. Also, their ranch is on another level—they seriously need to bottle it and sell it in stores exactly how they make it in the shop! We loved it so much that we actually ordered two more orders to-go before we left just to have more for later.This is definitely my go-to wing spot! 10/10 would come back. The Zachary store really needs to step it up; the staff there is nice, but there is a significant language barrier that makes communication very difficult. More importantly, I've gotten sick all three times I've eaten at that location. I have already sent a formal complaint to corporate regarding their food handling, as the quality there is nowhere near the standard of this Siegen location.“

“This Wingstop here is so horrible,poor management,they accept on DoorDash’s and don’t care how your food come like why i spending this much for yall to constantly mess over my food this had been multiple times. they will accept DoorDash orders and let just any person take them. They really don’t care at all.“

“I had a great experience at the Wingstop on Arlington Creek Center Blvd in Baton Rouge. I’ve been a longtime Wingstop customer, but I stopped going for a while because of past poor customer service at other locations. I decided to give the brand another chance, and I’m glad I chose this store.

The employee who helped me was outstanding. He asked about my Thanksgiving plans, told me about their new wing flavor, and even gave me a free sample. His attitude and customer service were genuinely impressive — the kind of experience you don’t see often anymore.

I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he carried himself like a manager. Professional, friendly, and actually interested in making the customer’s visit enjoyable. Because of him, I’ll be returning to this location.

For reference, my order was Order #10016. Excellent service and a much better experience than I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend this Wingstop.“
