McDonald's in Bossier City

“The food is McDonald's. It's what we all expect. The food is average, 3.5 on the scale. The service at the drive thru was a five. These lady's were so pleasant that they will be the new drive thru standard. Sucks for those working the next drive thru we stop at.“

“Christina, hands down the most impressive manager I've ever witnessed, the way she received my order with absolutely no hesitation and the speed of execution, impressed . The line was none stop moving in and out, the way the drive through is meant to be. Boss girl vibes!!!“

“Personally, I don't really have a lot of problems with incorrect food orders, but sometimes it is cold. Service wise, for the majority of people are sweet and nice but there are a couple of times I have had a person that was rude, or you could tell they just really didn't want to be at work. Atmosphere wise for the most part I don't see trash everywhere all the time and also normally all the workers can work good together but again there has been instances where there was trash places and also people would be actually verbally fighting across the store.“

Parking: There's always a parking spot and you never have to drive around and look for one

Kid-friendliness: It's a great place to bring the kids to get whatever they want to eat and a very friendly atmosphere for them to play around bring friends and enjoy themselves

Wheelchair accessibility: I've never seen a McDonald's without an accessible wheelchair ramp“
