“Looking for a 'Sports Bar' this popped up. Third on our list, but the first two were busts, so we slide on by.
Definitely NOT what I'd call a sports bar. We have time, order Sazeracs, try the Happy Hour Gumbo, later have their generous $5 House Old Fashioneds.
Everything was good, but the Gumbo was heavenly. Worth the trip just for that. Dark brown flavor filled broth, nicely shredded duck & slices of andouille. Perfection.
Had to move on for Seahawks, though.“

“This is a great looking joint with a nice selection of beer in tap and liquors. Great for getting the office together or the guts to watch football or the game. Food was good but didn’t seem “original” to a place of this caliber. Prices are decent in this day and age at a place like this but the service… If you ain’t a local you get third rate service. The bartender disappears when I wanted to order food and my next drink. When she was there she had good recommendations and was polite but after I get a drink she would go associate with the locals and not pay one bit of attention. There is plenty of TV’s here for the game viewing.“

“This is one of my favorite restaurants in town for food, service, atmosphere-everything! Yesterday I called in an order for work for about 20 people, and even though they don't open until 11, the manager worked with us and the kitchen and staff had the food ready right at 11, all labeled and nicely packaged. I love this place so much, I even bought a watercolor of the restaurant from the farmer's market. A true gem.“

“The Green Room is a Lafayette staple! The vibe is always on point. Whether you're there for the multiple pool tables, stepping into the spotlight for karaoke, or just enjoying a drink and the atmosphere, you can never go wrong by stopping in for a bit.
Earlier in the day, is a super chill vibe, with various people to converse with.
Later in the evening, you have more of a collage crowd.“

“Always friendly and courteous! I don't like the MF (it stands for what you think it is) you might because it's pure liquor and tastes like it. It's there Best Seller. I wonder why... Lol. So far I love the Push-up the best! Will continue to try the other items on the menu. Stay tuned. I wonder what ingredients make the 190 Octane because it's the orange flavoring in the Push-up. “Nice and small little shop right behind Lorde's walk in clinic in Breaux Bridge. It has the best daiquiri's. The waitress was amazing and made a wonderful suggestion. They also have a couple of slot machines to keep a person entertained. I highly recommend the place to everyone interested.“

“This is one of the best bars in Downtown Lafayette and a big part of why this bar is so fun is that the bartenders take fantastic care of you! You get really top notch excellent service here that is fast and friendly. They always seem to be having a good time in this joint and you also have the option of the huge patio in the rear of this spot where you can have a totally different environment which is also lots of fun. Overall this is just a great spot where they take great care of you.“

“Im in town here in New Iberia working and I wanted to support an small Black Owned Business and I've found the Jewel of New Iberia. This place is the place to be if you enjoy good music and down home people! The owner a welcomed me with open arms as if I've been coming here for years. Great environment, very cozy. I will return every time I'm in town. I'd even drive the 2 hours just to come hang out and enjoy myself here“

“I know this place very well! My girlfriend's Landlord, Mr John owns this bar and it's certainly a staple in Lafayette. Great live music on the weekends and a cool kind of local new Orleans vibe to the bar during the week days. Must check it out! Hope to see ya there!
Parking: There's parking in front of the bar and across the street there's an entire parking lot that also belongs to Gloria's.

“While most of these drinks are totally disgusting, I just loved the novelty of a drive-up daiquiri window and their pricing for specials. There are pool tables but no one was there using them when we were there. That drive through sure was busy though! Oh, and don't mess with the raccoons living out of the dumpster out back---they are favored regulars!“

“I got five pounds of crawfish and sides for myself and my daughter to split. They were clean and seasoned well with just the right amount of heat! My daughter was able to peel them easily and loved the corn and potatoes. Absolutely the best crawfish in Lafayette!“
“The downtown Annex is always a solid lunch or dinner choice. The service and atmosphere are top notch. the outside patio is great for people watching and its convenient when at a festival or events downtown. Centrally located with ample parking on the side of the building.“

“I was passing through town on my way from Houston to Jackson Mississippi and I stopped for gas in Lafayette, feeling pretty tired from driving and wanting to take a break and honestly I just needed a quick drink because I was on my way to a funeral and I was really stressed out with work and family and all that stuff leading up to this trip. So I’ve never even been to Lafayette but I stumbled upon this place after searching for a small bar were I could have a quiet drink and stretch my legs so I decided to give it a try. The people here were so nice and welcoming to a complete stranger who walked in late at night. I got to hear a lot of the local’s stories and learned some history about Lafayette and it was just over great. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in but I’ll never forget this awesome little place and how kind they were. I felt a lot better after leaving and I’ll definitely stop again one day when I’m passing through Louisiana again.“

“I did not order food; therefore, I’m not rating it. My first server was Brianna. I requested something that a normal customer would not but she was unsure. Instead of pretending, she reached out to Cat and my request was fulfilled. Neither individual became upset nor did their body language said they were annoyed. They listened and took my request serious. I don’t get out much but I’m happy I did tonight. I have NEVER been here before, but I’ll come back again. Thanks again ladies.“

“Seriously the coldest beers in town. Never had colder. Cheese curds are delicious and Fries are also. Haven’t tried the other menu items yet but I’m sure they’re just as good. You can play your own music using the AMI app on the jukebox. A couple of gaming devices are available to play as well as a pool table and some other gaming table. Lots of room.“
