The ingredients in the smoothies, juice, and prepped meals were obviously fresh and high quality. No unnecessary fillers, preservatives, or refined sugar. I got the butternut squash chili and ate it with some chips. It was very filling and comforting. I also tried the kindness smoothie, and I got a few other soups and juices. This is real, safe food that makes me feel good. I normally just have to eat at home. Try them if you're gluten or soy-free.“

Perfect texture and balanced flavors. Toast: had cashew cream cheese, pico and walnut taco meat. This toast blew my mind yall! It was spectacular and I’ll get it every time I’m in Nola. I also like that you can sample the juices before making a commitment. 4 stars because originally the staff wasn’t too friendly and it’s a tad expensive. I spent $33 (with a tip) in those two items.“

“I first learned of this place in September 2024, and ever since then I have been a regular customer. Bubble tea is one of my favorite drinks and not many can compare toYum Tra Harvey’s quality and service. There is a huge variety of drink options, as well as holiday special drinks, that most of their staff are very knowledgeable on and typically have really great recommendations for. The atmosphere is clean and upbeat, there are board games at the tables while you wait for your drinks, and a lovely staff waiting to help their next customer. I highly recommend this place if you’ve not tried it before and sign up for their point system and follow their social media pages for ongoing/upcoming promotions. I highly recommend trying the lychee and dreamsicle slush blend with honey boba.“

“Wow, a 10/10 experience at the Smoothie King in downtown New Orleans! I had to share my experience. I was so impressed with the exceptional service we received from Gavin and manager Kelley.
When we placed our order, we had several dietary restrictions and allergies that made it a bit complicated. Gavin was so incredibly patient and careful, making sure to note every detail and prepare our order with the utmost precision. Honestly, I'm pretty sure he took more notes than I did in my college chemistry class, which I really appreciated!
After we ordered, we went outside to wait, expecting a bit of a delay due to the special preparation. To our surprise, a few minutes later, Kelley came out and found us to personally deliver our smoothies! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and we didn't have to wait around.
The whole place was incredibly clean, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the service was super fast. This location is an absolute gem. If you're in the area and need a delicious and perfectly prepared smoothie, you need to stop by and see this team!“

Also, she guaranteed that employees on the particular shift would show improvement on their making of smoothies. I visited the store about two weeks later. This particular smoothie was made just like the other smoothies I purchased for the past 18 yrs. Regardless of the state in which the smoothie was purchased. I’m so proud of how the store manager fixed this issue with her employers. This Smoothie King is in my neighborhood and I was excited about the new location .
