“I can not get enough of Gabby’s food! All the options are so fresh and authentic. Best tamales on 🌎. We get several packs of tamales everytime we know we’ll be in her area and we freeze them when we get home to CO. They’re packed perfectly for storage and travel and they are perfect when we reheat weeks later. I’m sure they would stay fresh for many months in the freezer, but we have not been able to test that theory since we devour them quite rapidly. 10/10 for Tumbao.“

“I'm from southern cali and frequently travel across the border; with that being said the tacos de cabeza are really good here. I really wanted to like the chicharron but it was a little too soggy for my liking. The carne asada is not the cut of meat I'm used to, but it was tender and seasoned well. I will return for the cabeza tacos and I can't wait to try the mojarra and the torta plate. I hope it tastes as good as my mom's.“
