“Very sanitary! Employees now get your dessert and toppings for you. There’s a couple indoor sitting areas and a couple outdoor spots, too. Employee was as safe as possible. Highly recommend!“

“I was at the Tyler Street location about 4:00pm today (03/21/2025) and had a mechanical problem with my truck. Because of an injury, I was unable to fix the problem myself. Several crew members plus customers asked if they could help. Jacob, one of the crew members went above and beyond to fix the problem so that I could get home. Not only does the Tyler Street location have great crew members, it has great customers. My order was excellent as well. When I’m in Covington, I will stop in again for good food and great service.“

“My order took a bit longer than expected BUT.. the girl serving was by herself. She was very polite when taking and delivering my order and was even nice to me and apologized when I pressed the button a second time to ask when the order would be out. She needs a raise please!“

“Went here for the 1st time for my birthday! The ice cream was AMAZING! Waffle cones are hand made, and the girls were so friendly!! Even though it was very busy we got our ice cream quick. 10/10 recommend!“
