“My family and I absolutely LOVE Ormond Plantation! Between all of us we have tried almost everything on the menu and have always enjoyed it! Of course we all have our favorites! “So overall I love the food here. Never had a problem until today (unfortunately today was the wrong day to set me off). There are 2 condiments/toppings I can not stand and will ruin anything I eat because you can’t just wipe it off and that Sour cream and MUSTARD!!!!! I can not figure out how “Mayo, Lettuce and Ketchup ONLY” translates to MUSTARD, Lettuce and Ketchup!!!! The words Mustard and Mayo don’t even begin to sound the same except for the M. “My first visit here - just had the lentil soup and bahklava. Both were EXCELLENT. The lentil soup has a very nice flavor - fairly strong curry/cumin flavor, that compliments the flavor of the lentils very nicely. Fantastic.

The bakhlava is wonderful. Sweet but not too sweet. Layered, with just the right amount of pistachios and honey. At $1.99 for a nice-sized triangular piece, this is excellent.

“We were over the top with the entire meal. We started with the sampler appetizer and it was amazing. I had spaghetti and meatballs with the Italian house salad and my fiance had the meatball poboy. Everything was amazing and so delicious and the service was excellent. I have looked for an Italian restuarant to please my palate and have been disappointed but NO MORE, Gendusa's has met my expectations above and beyond!“

Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! “Stopped here while passing through on vacation. Amanda was amazing. She answered all our questions about the area. We choose this restaurant because the small poor-boys were a perfect size for our kids for lunch. We were really impressed with quality of the food. They had so many poor-boy options, the girls all found one they liked, and the roast beef was phenomenal. The the seafood platter was perfect, and the crawfish balls were one of the best crawfish items I ever ate. We'll be back when we get back to the area. Give them a try. Amazing!“

“We have enjoyed their food for many years, however something has changed. Their enchiladas are no longer the same. The last time we got them they were raw tortillas with meet inside and some sauce on top. There weren't placed in an oven and covered with sauce and cheese like they use to be. It's disgusting to serve something like this to customers. We will be looking elsewhere unless this changes.“

Ordered Generals Chicken off Chef’s Specials. Added pork egg roll.
Good sized portion / more than I expected.
Chicken and sauce were good / flavorful.
Nothing much in the way of veggies (eg just a few small onions). White rice was middle of the road / good. Egg roll was hot, and same as you’ll find from freezer section in big-box store.
Ordering by phone was easy and friendly.
Food was ready earlier than advised (+). Good all around ordering, pick-up experience.
Pricing was as you’d expect.
Solid offering and would do again when back in area.

“Bei Jing is the absolute best Chinese food I have ever tasted. Their ingredients are always fresh and cooked to order. I can't tell you how many times I've been disappointed with other Chinese food restaurants, especially in this area. But Bei Jing has never disappointed me when it comes to quality, freshness and taste. A cut above the rest and I'm so glad I live close to this location because I'll never order Chinese food any place else.

Parking: It's in the strip mall next to El Paso Restaurant. So usually plenty of parking spots in the lot.“
