But my main reason for leaving a 5 star is because of how sweet the workers were to my babies. They brought over a cookie and some coloring supplies to keep them occupied. They also were so very helpful in choosing sauces for me. Great crew working here, they deserve a raise!“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“I love dairy Queen very pricey but this day was a good one. Made a stop off of highway for a quick cold drink. I thought I wanted ice cream. But I actually wanted to try the orange cream shake. So many options. Well I changed my mind at the window.. she was very understanding. And patient with me. I visit multiple locations depending on where I'm at, so most of the stores are clean and safe. The staff is friendly, especially if you chat them up.
