“My first time experiencing Bojangles. All I can say is WOW. I loved it! The tea is awesome! I was traveling from Mobile, AL back to Tyler, Texas and had to stop. I have heard of Bojangles but have not had the opportunity to try them out. I wish we can get one in Tyler. It is a growing city and the hub of East Texas. Largest city in East Texas of 114k outside of the D/FW, Houston areas. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I originally went through drive-thru and ate in my truck, but I had to go inside to buy two half gallons of their tea. Inside was very clean.“

“We came to this place for a meeting. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we felt good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.“

“While the food is usually good (most of the time soggy if you’re ordering from the drive thru) don’t ever expect to get an extra sauce. It seems every time I go they never give me the extra sauces I pay for. Canes is really nothing without their sauce which is why it’s so important to receive it. It’s annoying because not only am I paying almost an extra dollar for 2, but it seems more common to not receive a sauce than to get one. Most of the employees are really nice but there’s the handful that have an attitude or don’t say one word to you. This really is one of the better Canes, but I just wish it was guaranteed I get my extra sauce.“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“I'm used to Freddy's in Texas..it's Amazing meat cooked just right to perfection with just the right amount of crispness and grease, omg! It's the Best! Unfortunately this one just didn't do it for me. My burger wasn't the same and my bread was a little soggy, then again maybe because we were their first customers. But all and all it was very clean and as Always customer service was A1. Freddy's is still number 1 in my book!“

As quick as an interaction as it was, she left me with a positive feeling towards this location. Sonic take care of this one. She's one of the good ones! And yes as always, the drink was excellent!“

Let me tell you—this morning was blessed.
I ordered curbside using the app, and it was smoother than freshly whipped butter. I pulled up, tapped “I’m here,” and out came my burrito like it was waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and ready to change my entire mood.

That breakfast burrito? 10/10.
The eggs? Fluffy.
The cheese? Melted just right.
The sausage? Seasoned like someone back there cares about my day.
And the whole thing? Wrapped like a warm hug from the fast food gods.

Curbside service? Also 10/10—no lines, no chaos, just food brought straight to my soul (and car).

Whoever made that burrito today… you understood the assignment. 💯

“Lemme tell ya…. 5 stars all day. Maddy makes this restaurant worth it. I keep ordering through the mobile app and have had a few issues with it here and there. She took time out (when it wasn’t busy) to walk me through a few of the issues and how to avoid them. She is kind and has an obvious wish to make sure her clients leave happy. If she isn’t running the place and teaching customer service 101 to your team, I’d highly advise you giving her a position that goes to all locations and giving them a course. Honestly, id go to Ruth’s Chris on a weekly basis if she was our waiter. Keep her, she’s a good one.“

“I stopped in with my grandson today to grab a quick lunch. I gave him the option to choose a lunch spot today, and he chose Subway!

This location is at 1521 Ambassador Caffrey in Lafayette, and I have to say it was clean and spotless.

We ordered our food, and the employee on duty was very polite, courteous and made our subs just as we ordered them. She obviously enjoyed her job, as it showed.

I loved this store and will be back! The subways in my area are not as clean as this one was, and the employees sometimes have an attitude. Thank you to the young lady working today on 9-15-24! You are a jewel!

Tonight, I decided to give the Ambassador location a try and I was thoroughly impressed!! The service was friendly, helpful, and on point. The location is the cleanest in Lafayette. And the food was magnificent!! The chicken was crunchy on the outside, spicy, and it was so juicy and tender!! The biscuits were deliriously buttered and cooked hot and fresh. “I frequent this location because I love Popeyes. The food is always great. The wings here are amazing. The only bad thing about this location and it is pretty consistent Is the wait time in the drive-thru. I've learned my lesson and don't even go through the drive-thru. And if you think ordering online is going to save you some time high-speed internet is not transferable to this location. I was being a sweetie and letting the lady behind me go first. She said she ordered online so it should be fast. When she got to the counter they told the cook to drop her chicken.
