I said oh yeah this is my place. I had just walked over here from Wendy's where a bunch of kids with bad attitudes. Let's say they were unhappy to see a customer.....so I left. Anyways back to Bojangles. The lobby was so clean. Employees were nice. But Mary kicked it off right by greeting me and smiling. Great employee! Thank you!!!!“

It seems every time I go they never give me the extra sauces I pay for. Canes is really nothing without their sauce which is why it’s so important to receive it. It’s annoying because not only am I paying almost an extra dollar for 2, but it seems more common to not receive a sauce than to get one. Most of the employees are really nice but there’s the handful that have an attitude or don’t say one word to you. This really is one of the better Canes, but I just wish it was guaranteed I get my extra sauce.“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. “I’ve been a Taco Bell die hard ever since my mom ate Taco Bell when I was in her womb. I was literally born with Taco Bell addiction. This is the only place I found to be consistently better with ingredients and portions across-the-board when compared to price. Roughly half the time I eat anywhere else I usually wind up leaving thinking “man, I should’ve just got Taco Bell because I’d be the same level of full for way less money”. Out of the 10 times or so that I’ve eaten here, I’ve never once left with that feeling. Bravo El Pollo Loco, bravo.“

“Traveling and I was craving French fries. I saw Freddy's mear the hotel. I've never been, but the drive-thru was empty, so why not. Ordered the fries, took about 4-5 minutes since they started cooking a fresh batch, no problem. They were professional and courteous. Once I tasted the fries, I was upset that I didn't order the large size. Crispy, hot, and they didn't have that greasy, artificial after taste. I can only imagine how the steak burgers taste.

We got breakfast, which was good quality McDonald's food; used the bathroom, which was clean; let the dog out at the adjacent empty lot, which was roomy and not muddy; and got gas at the gas station, which connected to the parking lot. “Lemme tell ya…. 5 stars all day. Maddy makes this restaurant worth it. I keep ordering through the mobile app and have had a few issues with it here and there. She took time out (when it wasn’t busy) to walk me through a few of the issues and how to avoid them. She is kind and has an obvious wish to make sure her clients leave happy. If she isn’t running the place and teaching customer service 101 to your team, I’d highly advise you giving her a position that goes to all locations and giving them a course. Honestly, id go to Ruth’s Chris on a weekly basis if she was our waiter. Keep her, she’s a good one.“

“I stopped in with my grandson today to grab a quick lunch. I gave him the option to choose a lunch spot today, and he chose Subway!

This location is at 1521 Ambassador Caffrey in Lafayette, and I have to say it was clean and spotless.

We ordered our food, and the employee on duty was very polite, courteous and made our subs just as we ordered them. She obviously enjoyed her job, as it showed.

I loved this store and will be back! The subways in my area are not as clean as this one was, and the employees sometimes have an attitude. Thank you to the young lady working today on 9-15-24! You are a jewel!

Because it was my lunch she took the time to cut them in bite size squares.I worked for Pizza Hut in New Iberia and Lafayette over 35 years ago. Tonight, I decided to give the Ambassador location a try and I was thoroughly impressed!! The service was friendly, helpful, and on point. The location is the cleanest in Lafayette. And the food was magnificent!! The chicken was crunchy on the outside, spicy, and it was so juicy and tender!! The biscuits were deliriously buttered and cooked hot and fresh.
