“My first time experiencing Bojangles. All I can say is WOW. I loved it! The tea is awesome! I was traveling from Mobile, AL back to Tyler, Texas and had to stop. I have heard of Bojangles but have not had the opportunity to try them out. I wish we can get one in Tyler. It is a growing city and the hub of East Texas. Largest city in East Texas of 114k outside of the D/FW, Houston areas. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I originally went through drive-thru and ate in my truck, but I had to go inside to buy two half gallons of their tea. Inside was very clean.“

“I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early. The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today. The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance. A bad situation that was turned into a positive one.. thanks to Shawn for effectively displaying great service recovery! I will definitely be returning!“

“While the food is usually good (most of the time soggy if you’re ordering from the drive thru) don’t ever expect to get an extra sauce. It seems every time I go they never give me the extra sauces I pay for. Canes is really nothing without their sauce which is why it’s so important to receive it. It’s annoying because not only am I paying almost an extra dollar for 2, but it seems more common to not receive a sauce than to get one. Most of the employees are really nice but there’s the handful that have an attitude or don’t say one word to you. This really is one of the better Canes, but I just wish it was guaranteed I get my extra sauce.“

“The Grilled cheese steak burger is my favorite sandwich. The Bacon on it adds just the right amount of flavor mixed with the cheese and burger patty. Best part is it fills me right up without even eating the entire burger. Normally making it something I half with someone or eat later!

As quick as an interaction as it was, she left me with a positive feeling towards this location. Sonic take care of this one. She's one of the good ones! And yes as always, the drink was excellent!“

Let me tell you—this morning was blessed.
I ordered curbside using the app, and it was smoother than freshly whipped butter. I pulled up, tapped “I’m here,” and out came my burrito like it was waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and ready to change my entire mood.

That breakfast burrito? 10/10.
The eggs? Fluffy.
The cheese? Melted just right.

“I love dairy Queen very pricey but this day was a good one. Made a stop off of highway for a quick cold drink. I thought I wanted ice cream. But I actually wanted to try the orange cream shake. So many options. Well I changed my mind at the window.. she was very understanding. And patient with me. She took time out (when it wasn’t busy) to walk me through a few of the issues and how to avoid them. She is kind and has an obvious wish to make sure her clients leave happy. If she isn’t running the place and teaching customer service 101 to your team, I’d highly advise you giving her a position that goes to all locations and giving them a course.
