“The banhmi and pho here are delicious. Service is friendly and fast. The chia seed coconut drink it's refreshing and just what I needed from the heat outside. Prices are reasonable and quantity is good. Highly recommend this place for anyone who likes Vietnamese food.“

“Love this place! The food is consistently delicious. Kind of a fast casual style, you order at the counter and pick a table. If it's very busy there might be some pressure from staff to leave your table quickly after you eat, which I don't love, but understand. But you can linger if you sit at the bar, and they have great cocktails!“

“Small, clean restaurant with outdoor seating looking over Carrollton. I had lumpia, which was my first experience with this dish. It was delicious, with beef and veggies, lightly fried. I also had the chirashi sushi. I look forward to having some more of the Indonesian dishes when I return. The highlight was the chef and hostess/waitress; both were super friendly, accommodating, and provided great service. Locals and college students should show a little love to this affordable, tasty, and convenient restaurant!“

“After reading about Tan Dinh in the New York Times of all places. It was an article about the hidden gems of New Orleans. I knew that we had to give it a try. So, we headed to Gretna on the Westbank to dine Vietnamese style. Upon arriving, I could tell it was going to be good, there were all the signs of a good Vietnamese restaurant. The pungent smell of fish sauce, long row a table’s pushed together with a large family dining. Good enough for the whole family. As I watched the kids at the big table play air drums with their chop sticks, I looked over the menu items. The menu is vast, but I found it was translated well. We started off with some Shrimp Spring Rolls and Chicken Wings with a sweet chili sauce covering them. Both were exceptional and I probably could have taken a couple dozen of those wings home with me. That would have been a meal to itself. But we were here to try more than just the wings. I ordered a Bun Bowl of shrimp and pork with vegetables and vermicelli noodles. Charla ordered the short ribs. Both were very large and easily shareable between a few people. The food was delicious, and portions were large. If you have never tried Vietnamese food this would be the place to go. The menu is well done in English and Vietnamese and the waitress was very knowledgeable. So come hungry because you get a lot of food. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.“

“This place is unreal. I have never had a disappointing meal here. The spicy beef pho and the beef stew are the best meals I’ve ever had. Come here on a nice chilly day eat a bowl of pho and hit the couch after. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the city. After today I was just like I have to write a review. This stuff is gas. Pressure. 10/10 anyday anytime. No photo because I absolutely demolished it.“

“Finally a Thai place that has great spice levels! Almost every other place I’ve tried, their spiciest level is NOT spicy. I decided to do the middle level which is level 3, more spicy (levels range from 1-5 where 5 is the spiciest called Thai spicy). I’m glad I did level 3 because it was the perfect amount of kick, and I loved it!!Ordered two appetizers: shrimp roll ups (very similar to crab Rangoon but rolled up like an eggroll, came as an order of 3, filling had more cream cheese than I expected but still relatively good) and chicken satay skewers (came as an order of 4, good flavor but the meat is a bit tough, brown dipping sauce that comes with it is on the creamer side, and it was really good)Ordered four entrees: chicken pad Thai, beef pad see ew, beef pad kee mow (drunken noodles), and Tom yum fried rice — all dishes were delicious and had so much flavor!!!! Highly recommend the fried rice. Very different but a good differentService was immaculate. Very attentive, courteous, and answered all my questions. The restaurant is very small and houses may be 25-30 people max so be prepared to have to wait if you come during peak hours. Restrooms are also locked outside in the hallway that is shared with surrounding businesses. Overall, very pleasant experience and would return/recommend to others!“

“Our young male waiter was so super helpful to me & my young grand daughter.Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat hard nuts or seeds & must avoid caffeine & sugary drinks. So I had to opt for water. I had no problem finding something appropriate for me on the large menu. And I love the endless salad bowl.My granddaughter loved the smoothie that came with her kid's meal. She could not chose between the flavors; so the waiter suggested mixing the 2 together. She loved it!Kid-friendliness: My 8 yr old grand daughter enjoyed playing the games on the table top device provided by the restaurant. While eating, we found out her dad was coming to pick her up a bit early. The staff was very accommodating & quick to settle the bill & get me some to-go containers. You really are treated like family there. We love Olive Garden.“

“A fantastic place for a date or family dinner. Outstanding service and ambience. The place really offers an experience for the mind as well as the body as modern design is complimented by the rustic. The food is purely amazing and there isn’t anything that was not delicious, the wine selection large and well thought out. Tana is a restaurant not to be missed.“

“We arrived just before noon on a Sunday and was immediately seated. It began to fill up fast afterwards! The service great, our server was very attentive to our needs. I ordered the combination catfish/shrimp. The catfish was fresh and flavorful unlike this Swai stuff from Vietnam that a lot of restaurants push on customers. My wife had the Blue Crab Pasta and was very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend this local establishment!“

“Dolma has no business tasting this good! I had the chicken shawarma wrap—I had to get up and give props to the cook. It’s not the commercial Mediterranean by any means—it tastes like it was made at home with love. The presentation was amazing. Im extremely picky about food. I’d give them 10 stars if I could“

“Ate here twice in February 2024. Everything was extremely fresh and there was a great (~24?) options for dressing. Plenty of protein options. Was in the city on a work trip and the first time I stopped here for lunch they were out of Romaine but gave specific information about time for it being back (less than 5 minutes) and it was accurate. Went back another day and they recognized me and let me know immediately that romaine was ready to go and so were the mushrooms I asked for the last time.Only thing I would say is missing is a Greek style dressing both times I went, however they have over 20 options so it's not a big deal.Vegetarian options: It's a salad bar. Don't get the meat and you're good.Dietary restrictions: It's a salad bar with many options to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no design or access issues that a wheelchair user would have to overcome as far as getting in or seating goes. However, you may need to request staff support for building your salad bowl as the counter is at or above the average waistline of the an adult.“

“I've never had oxtail pho and after searching on Uber eats I found this. I ordered that it comes with oxtail/brisket and combination vermicelli chicken pork and shrimp. With the Pho you get one oxtail but it's very meaty and you get a lot of brisket it's very filling and delicious. Would definitely order again.“
