“If you asked me a month ago if I would recommend Giddy Up Folsom I would have given it glowing reviews. I pass by the cafe every morning while making my way to work. I stopped their regularly for chai tea and the tomato spinach basil panini in which I always add turkey. Sometimes I'll pick up for coworkers and have tried their various foods and pastries. However I've noticed within the last few months that they are changing everything! The only thing staying the same is the interior design. It started with the chai tea. They changed the brand of tea that they used. It has god awful compared to the quality in which they previously served. They have put two new employees in working at the same time, in which neither of them knew very well what they were doing nor did either of them have any kind of command and control. It made the lines incredibly long. Now they're changing the bread on the panini's to some kind of bun (which does not toast up well nor taste anywhere near as good as the previous one), slicing the tomato much thinner and not putting as much turkey as before. All of the prices are going up and the quality of our food and beverages are going down. I have no problem paying a little more for my favorite tea and my favorite breakfast sandwich but I do have a problem paying more for my no longer favorite tea and breakfast sandwich when you want to turn it into trash. Hopefully they will fix things back to the way they were and I will be able to change my review.”

The food quality was consistent, service was splendid, and the restaurant filled with locals enjoying each other's company makes this place a comfort restaurant that feels like home. “Never get there often enough, but feels like home whenever anyone walks in the door. Bartenders are awesome, crowds and pool players are friendly and the owner is one of the good ones. Worth the detour, near global wildlife center and a ton of local hotspots”

“Confused on other reviews, don’t order pork chop in a Louisiana restaurant, if the reviews are good yeah make a RESERVATION ( HELLO!) Place has reflections of SAL & Judy’s before it was renovated kinda dumpy, so what. Yes again, as other reviews it’s loud and so are we. Anywhere you go eventually something is not on par I hate golf. This place was hitting on all cylinders tonight For 245.00 for two was worth it. Entree seared red fish, sorry fried green tomato’s, better than lake front, you know where. Goat cheese salad seriously Devine Ice cream with peaches killer. Coffee heavy dark roast knock out. Spending that kind of money today yes, I get it. Hey just ask, you guys running on all cylinders tonight. Try something different this is the place.”

“First time trying the steak chimichanga and it was delicious. Carne asada plate was very tasty and drinks were awesome, the mango frozen margarita and horchata. Service was fast and nice. The only thing that I would like to improve is the cleaning but other than that our experience was very pleasant.”

“Great little burger and poboy joint in Folsom! Roast beef poboy is amazing as well as the fries. Restaurant AND bathroom was spotless. Great parking with a middle turnout lane making easy in and out. Will definitely eat here again!”

“I love this place! Bartenders are like old friends! The place has a dive bar feel but also has a CHEERS feel, where everybody knows your name! If you just come here once, you’re gonna miss out on what makes this place special to so many! Sometimes, situations get rowdy but they are taken care of immediately. Find out for yourselves but this is a go to spot for a lot. If you drive past or listen to other folks to form an opinion, guess what, you missed out.”

Dustin was incredibly easy to work with responsive, flexible, and kind throughout the planning process. The food was out of this world. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was! And the portions….wow. They didn’t just feed us, they abundantly fed us. No one left hungry, and we had plenty to enjoy afterward. It felt like they truly cared about making our event special. Highly recommend Palmisano’s for anyone looking for top-notch catering with heart, flavor, and fantastic service!”

“We went this morning, waffles were thinner than the sliced toast and not the Texas toast, ordered hasbrowns with cheese, hasbrowns came to table without cheese, advised waitress they were to have cheese, she legit walked to cook who threw a slice of cheese on top and walked back to table, I asked really not going to melt cheese on them?? Soo SAD common sense can't be taught and no one takes pride in their job anymore”

“The late night staff at this location consistently exceeds expectations in terms of efficiency and quality of the product they are serving. I choose to place mobile orders and use the AI to get things going at the restaurant and it really seems to improve the experience, allowing the staff time to focus on the food rather than handling an order while making food(most of us have been there and it's good to see AI being put to proper use). I'm generally greeted with a smile or at minimum a hello and this is par for the course in the fast food environment. Keep up the consistent service!”
