“Recommend EVERYTHING about this place, whether it be the great charter fishing you can do, (Chris Moran and his crew will get you on top of the fish!) .... the simple but comfy motel lodgings... the bar... the evening views of the waterfront, and the great shop at the Marina. Oh and did I mention the ice cold daiquiris in the shop at the Marina? Yep those too are awesome!“

“I am from Wisconsin and spend about 3 months each year in the Grand Isle area. I have frequented your restaurant about once a week all winter and each and every time it has been an incredible experience. the food has been wonderful and the service has been even better. thank you for having such a great little spot. “Stopped by the original GoBears on Canal in Thibodaux for gas and went inside to get a coffee. The delightful Gail took time to tell me some of the history of GoBears and a gave me few tips since i’m new to Thibodaux. Thanks Gail! I can’t wait to try the mini pan pizza in other locations. The coffee was great and the service even better!“

“Being from out of town, I asked the locals at the hardware store where I could find the best boiled crawfish in town and the pointed me here. I can say this, if anyone has BETTER crawfish, I'd like to know because these are hard to beat. They had good seasoning and the right amount of spice, were boiled perfectly and peeled easy, not muddy and a nice size to them. Corn and potatoes are also cooked to perfection and everything is very reasonably priced.
The staff checks on you regularly, they serve cold beer and the atmosphere is very unique and enjoyable.
When we come back to Golden Meadow next Spring, we will be back for these delicious crawfish and if we come back and it ain't crawfish season, I'll be happy to try the crabs.“
