Customer service is horrendous. The young lady that was taking my order at the drive-through was engaging in her own personal conversation while taking my order at the window several times I had to repeat my order because she was engaged in conversation with somebody else t in addition, you can hear the whole conversation Over the drive-through intercom. While she continuously tells me to repeat my order after about 10 minutes. She finally gets my order Right then let me know....read full review
The chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was good as well. Much improved.
Service was a little slow, they were understaffed and one of the workers seemed clueless 🙄. There was a 15 minute wait for chicken
