“Customer service is horrendous. The young lady that was taking my order at the drive-through was engaging in her own personal conversation while taking my order at the window several times I had to repeat my order because she was engaged in conversation with somebody else t in addition, you can hear the whole conversation Over the drive-through intercom. While she continuously tells me to repeat my order after about 10 minutes. She finally gets my order Right then let me know. It will be a 20 minute wait for the chicken. I was so frustrated because she could’ve announced that from the very beginning that there was going to be a 20 minute Wait before even taking the order very disgusting customer service do better after all of that, I didn’t even get the food“

“We stopped in on Saturday evening and ordered a special and a Chris Special. I had the Chris special and I’m not sure I’m going to even bother to try anything else on the menu because it was THAT GOOD. My husband ordered the special with a side of the hot chili garlic oil for dipping - really great! We shared an order of fries and had a side of Mack sauce and a side of honey mustard for dipping. It was a quiet night so we ordered a fountain Diet Coke and a Coke 🤣 - but saw there were some good liquor choices behind the counter and a pretty darned great selection of other canned/bottled beverages. Definitely coming back - definitely excellent.“

“Chick-Fil-A has been making headline breakthroughs on their quality. Food and employees are courteous. Always great to help. They really picked it up since they started a long time ago. I think everybody all over the state knows the restaurant quite well. Delicious food and a signature chicken sandwich. It's nothing like a nice hot chicken sandwich. Do you satisfy a person that is hungry?“

“I don’t understand anyone saying this is the best chicken in New Orleans. It was mid at best. Very little flavor in the flimsy breading. Puny wings. Prices were fine & they obviously have a vibe with lots of character. Staff were friendly.“

“Another night in NOLA which means it’s time to try a new food spot. Earlier today I was over on Canal and passed by Willie’s. The smell itself drew me in and I decided at that moment that I was coming back. LoL!!!! Willie’s sits right on the strip so it’s super easy to find. The front was totally open and there were a few tables outside on the sidewalk. As the strip is super active, sitting outside would be dope if you wanted to people watch. LoL. Walking up to the counter, each register had a cashier so the line was running smoothly. Taking a moment to review the menu, it was as one would anticipate; simple, straightforward, and one dimensional. The highlight of Willie’s definitely appears to be the Daiquiri’ as there are many options. I decided on the 3pc Cajun Tender Combo which comes with Fries and a Honey Biscuit. I also added a side of Red Beans and Rice. I mean, it is NOLA so I had to do it. I placed my order. Received my number. And took a seat to await my order. The restaurant was clean and vibrant. The yellow and red throughout the restaurant really set an upbeat tone that pairs well with the neon lights and vibrant colors of the Daiquiris. Once my order was ready, it was delivered to the table and I was good to go. Let’s talk the Food: Biscuit - Simple. Buttery. Crunchy around the bottom edges. Soft in the middle. Nothing special to note. Reminds me of a biscuit from Church’s. I’ll say 7/10. Tenders - Big. Juicy. Crunchy on the outside. Well seasoned. That’s it. That’s all I got. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. I’ll say 5/10. Fries - Well Seasoned. Crunchy. I’ll say 7/10. Red Beans and Rice - Now hear me out. I love a good RB&R and these were good. There were way more beans than there was rice, which is ideal for this kind of dish. They weren’t too spicy. They were flavored well and the beans were tender. You can definitely tell they were slow simmered. I’ll say 8/10. Now… hear me out! The food wasn’t bad but for $25.00, chileeeeeeeeeeee. No ma’am, No sir. Lemme go to the chicken spot for half the price. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I won’t maybe go again if I want a lil piece of a tender. But at $13 for the Combo and $8 for the RB&R… imma need a coupon or something. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Ok, Ok. In all seriousness, if you’re in the area, go for the experience. *P. S. For my Up North people, Willie’s puts me in the mindset of our “New York Fried Chicken” spots that be on the strip in the hood.“

“I was debating on what to eat, so I called my coworker because she always talks about Chick-fil-A . Well, I was not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the market salad was totally delicious. Yum yum!
Today 6/2/26, I tried their chicken noodle soup . Let's just say it taste like Campbell's chicken noodle soup from the can. Seriously! Still good though!“

“We were in there earlier today and my 3 year old started choking and your cashier Danielle P didn’t hesitate to jump in and help me. She picked my daughter and hit her on the back several times which, luckily, was all it took to clear her airway. I just was really appreciative and thought her workplace should know she was going above and beyond. Thank you, Danielle!“

“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.
Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.
Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“I had a great experience at this Popeyes. I ran into an issue with my Uber Eats order, but the managers were extremely helpful and went out of their way to resolve it. They even offered me a free meal for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.
Every time I come in, the staff makes me feel welcome. The environment is nice, clean, and well-maintained, and everyone is friendly and professional. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to—highly recommend!“

The gentleman’s name helping me was Quai and he was super friendly and enthusiastic. He let me try samples of the different chicken salad options. I don’t know how long he’s been working there, but the dude definitely deserves a raise. I also didn’t have to wait long at all. Overall an awesome experience!“

“2026: I came in while on the way home. The drive thru was actually fairly quick. The prices are the standard prices. From what I could see, everything was clean and well organized. Employees were efficient. The food was hot and good.
2021: Good food. Gets horribly busy at peak times and easily bogged down. Kind of clean during off peak times. Staff are there. I can't say they are friendly or helpful.“

“Avoid the Canal st . Location. I got charged $16 for a “tackle box @ combo for adding a single extra srtip( so a total of 3 ,inch long strips, and literally 4 popcorn shrimp (advertised as 1/4 lb of them)!!! This is NOT supposed to be a kids meal, I don’t mind paying a little extra for a good meal. This wasn’t good, nor a Meal 👎👎👎 Sadly,it will follow everything other fast food chain on Canal(Wendy’s,B.K, both Mc Donald’s,etc,,,) at least there’s still a good Tattoo shop! Big East Tattoo Company!!! Safer than Bourbon st….Best traditional shop in town!“

“Me and my mom tried this place for the first time last week and the food was very good 🤤. I had the shrimp platter which came with jumbo shrimp and plenty of fries. My mama also had the same thing and we both enjoyed it. Prices are very reasonable so if you're looking for something affordable and good to eat I highly recommend Louie's Kitchen 💯“

“We ordered the 19.99 special,10 piece dark meat. The chicken was freshly cooked, crispy, juicy and just enough batter. It was one of the best chicken I've tasted in a long time. The ladies behind the counter stayed busy, polite and were very professional. I have been going to this Churchs location for about 20 years. I don't think it was ever this good. The sweet tea was my favorite also. The ladies working there, really take pride in their work because you can taste it and it shows in the chicken.“

“Over priced and order was messed up.. they usually are ok, but lately they've been having issues at this location.
UPDATE: wow it has definitely changed since I last visited. The night manager has such a vibrant attitude, she is sweet and very helpful she really was great and her workers were very nice as well. I love the change, even though the prices are quite high, just their energy alone made it a pleasant visit. 5⭐️“

“I've been here a few times and you never know what you'll get from a mall, but Keagan was wonderful. My 10 year old daughter ordered and he took the time to listen to her and pay attention. It seemed as though he took the time to listen to all the young people who ordered from him. The food is always fresh and the wait is minimum.“

“Thank god for Google because I probably would have never found this place otherwise. The portions are great and the prices are reasonable but what i really want to talk about it the food because it is probably the best chinese I have had in a long time (not kidding when i say probably about 7 years) this is that one unassuming hole in the wall place that you can definitely miss driving on the street, but you'd be missing out not going into. It has that authentic vibe where they speak chinese and have a kid there in the restaurant. The rare quality places that you really don't see anymore that I wish there was still more of. I asked for extra duck sauce, which of course they gave me no problem, but it literally felt like blasphemy putting on the food because it just was too good without it and didn't need it at all. The egg rolls are super delicious. Obviously pork and fresh and full of flavor. The boneless spare ribs were really big slices of meat and the sauce was so tasty on top of it. They do not skimp on the pork in the fried rice because they add a lot of big chunks and that was so good too. The vegetables were also fresh in it and were so nice. In fact, it was so good, I am literally writing this review stuffed thinking about when i get to dig into the leftovers and taste this scrumptious meal again. Thank you so much. It was a real treat to come grab your grub. We really enjoyed it. I hope to be back before we move out of state in a few months.“

“Great chicken but CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. We picked up a big order but they left out a $10 side & we didn't realize til we got home. Also check how busy they are on google. Don't go when they are busy unless you have time to wait 20+ min for your order.“

So I ask the lady at the register can she check on my order...after searching through some bags my food was located and given to me! 😒 the chicken sandwich and coleslaw was delicious and the lemonade was phenomenal. “I really like the chicken sandwich, and the chicken was big and juicy. The sandwich was an impressive sight, with a generous portion of chicken that peeked invitingly from between the soft, toasted buns. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, with a crispy, golden-brown coating that promised a delightful crunch.
Biting into the sandwich, I was immediately struck by the juiciness of the chicken. Each bite released a burst of savory, succulent flavor that was incredibly satisfying. The meat was tender and moist, almost melting in my mouth, and it was seasoned perfectly, with a balance of spices that enhanced its natural taste without overpowering it.
The sandwich was complemented by fresh, crisp lettuce and a slice of ripe, juicy tomato, adding a refreshing contrast to the richness of the chicken. A dollop of creamy mayo or a tangy sauce provided the perfect finishing touch, tying all the flavors together harmoniously.
The buns were soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together, their slight sweetness balancing the savory chicken. The combination of textures—from the crunch of the chicken's coating to the softness of the bun and the crispness of the vegetables—made each bite a delightful experience.
Overall, the chicken sandwich was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, with the big, juicy chicken as its star. It was a satisfying, mouthwatering meal that left me eager for the next bite.“
