“Usually have really good things to say about this location other than the long long lines in the drive-thru. But unfortunately when we went there it was very late at night and maybe even like one in the morning, but was very happy to see that it was open at that time. However, I've never been able to say this about Cain's until now, but it really felt like the food was just sitting in Greece awaiting an order. It was definitely not made fresh to order like it was very very greasy and I've never experienced that with canes before, it was absolutely gross. The only reason I did not put one star was because I've eaten here. Plenty of times and never experienced gross food like I did that night. My Google maps picked up that I was at that location that night and I guess I've never taken the time to put a review in on this location until now. So maybe I guess if someone is reading this my recommendations are please make the food fresh to order even though it's late at night because it was so greasy it was intolerable and we were not a large group but it was five of us and we all got at least a four-piece and I'm not even joking. When I say every single one of us got nauseous, even one person was throwing up because the grease was so heavy. You could literally see it through the french fries and chicken. The grease was so heavy. I can't even say it enough but it was so heavy. But I do know this location is not always like that so I won't give it a bad review. But I will recommend to please do fresh to order for each customer even when it's late at night ,“
“The manager here is a leader. (12/10, 10:30 am) I know this by his example. His example trickles down to the employees. Emplyees attitude are typically a reflection of the leaders and how they are being treated. Everyone here, including the leader, was exceptionally caring and provided great service. Thank you for making my day. I even overheard a customer come in to say they missed him.“
“Me and my husband went in because the app was giving us trouble, so we tried a self service kiosk, but that was tricky too. When I tell you Ms. Keosha helped us instantly and made us feel comfortable and not rushed, I tell no lie! Not only did she offer to take our order herself so that she could help, she also helped us get the best deal to fit what we wanted to eat. She was patient, organized, and helpful. On top of that, her and staff also made sure the order was prepared correctly and the food came out fast. That was by far the BEST service I have ever received at a popeyes in my life.“
“Some of the yummiest fast food chicken I've had! It was my first time in the South and so many people told me to try Church's chicken. I am so so so glad I did! My family and I ordered spicy fried chicken, regular fried chicken, and one of every side. Everything was SO good. The flavor of the chicken was amazing and I loved the spicy seasoning they gave as well. The chicken was super crunchy and the inside was perfectly juicy and moist. My favorite sides were the honey butter biscuits and Mac and cheese. I honestly had so many biscuits on my trip from so many different places but the ones here were by far the best! I thought the corn was lacking a bit in flavor so I used the spicy seasoning on it. Everything else was good! Now I just wish I had one a little closer to home.“

“So normally I have a great experience here, fast service and friendly smiles but today was not the case.I gave my order and I guess the girl misheard me even though I repeated the order twice. I asked for a box combo with no cole slaw & an extra toast with no drink… she said the order back with a lemonadeThe guy at the first window was very nice and I can tell he heard my order because I heard him asking for someone multiple times to swipe their card to fix my order…. The guy was genuinely sweet and left the window closed but didn’t realized I heard everything. But when no one came he just charged me the 12.25…. And I can tell he felt guilty or looked nervous so I played it cool. I knew the guy knew I didn’t want a drink hence why I didn’t get a receipt….so I’m not mad or upset at him. If anything he was the best part of my visit at this canes.Now what kinda bothered me was the fact that at the second window there was five people… four girls & the guy who was handing me out my food…. And the fact that no keyholder or shift came to help the first guy kinda made me kinda disappointed. They didn’t even try to provide a good experience and was simply chit chatting or what not. I will give credit that when I told them I asked for no drink- the guy knew right away I didn’t want the lemonade but since I didn’t wanna hold up the drive thru I just told them I’ll take a water bottle…. So then when I drive off I noticed I didn’t get my extra toast nor the coleslaw ?☹️.I work at a drive-thru/food service and it was just very distasteful to me. “We drove from Killian to see our daughter and spend some time in NO. We had always wanted to try Dixie Chicken; so since we were in the neighborhood we stopped in for lunch. My hubby loves fried chicken and he was blown away by Dixie’s Fried Chicken. The wait staff was also just as amazing We will definitely be back.“
“Spicy chicken sandwich was very delicious. First commercial chicken sandwich I've had that seemed natural, not processed. Very flavorful! 10 minutes to cook tells me ots the real deal. Mac and Cheese looked ordinary, but was really delicious. The mango juice drink was so refreshing! I'll definitely be back again!“
