With all the different restaurant options in New Orleans we were very excited to try Peruvian food and we were not disappointed. “Excellent food that boasts a Latin and Caribbean flare. Everything is delicious, but if you're there for brunch I highly recommend the Skirt Steak skewers, Cuban Sandwich, Fish Tacos, Jerk Chicken Burrito, and Lamb Sliders. You can either sit inside or outside. The wait staff is very polite and accommodating. Perfect spot for brunch or dinner.“

“Every so often in life, you run across people who are doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing. These people were meant to make the best food possible, with excellent sourcing of ingredients, and the most kind and welcoming service. If you are by the airport in New Orleans, why suffer anything less? It's a 12 hr drive from my house, and I am considering the trip.“

“Description: Stylish eccentric colorful vibe, pet & kid friendly, outdoor seating, good views. The food is ok. The prices are decent. The service is premium but under staffed. The ordering is counter service with buzzers. Would recommend for locals. It's mostly self serving.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor Games and Splash Pad“

“Absolutely great empanadas in the garden district. We’ve been many places and always find an empanadas place- this is tops! I don’t have a mom or grandma that makes them so I say that in that context- but really outstanding. So good we came back twice! Staff was all very friendly and the place is spotless. A jug of ice cold water awaits you on the counter or you can purchase a beer or bottles beverage to wash down this fantastic food. 5 stars!“

“From my perspective, I believe the restaurant is family owned. When I walked in I felt warm and I was greeted immediately. I had chips and guac and baleadas. The gauc was definitely fresh just wish it was more cold and more salt. I feel like the chips were old but it was still edible. The size of the baleadas was large, which I’m not usually used to, which is a great thing. It was pretty good just needed more flavor.Kid-friendliness: For the family“

“I've had a bad experience trying Honduran food before, but this certainly changed my mind. The environment is super friendly, super clean, and the staff are very kind. The Mexican tacos are a must and quite frankly, the only tacos that I've liked in the Metairie and Kenner area.I definitely recommend! I'm definitely coming back to try more.“
“Great neighborhood - family style place. They have a hot bar to see the food and you can order plates and other specialties they prepare in the kitchen. Food is Central American style. Had the Honduran tacos - similar to a chicken flauta - crispy fried roll up tacos. Also they have great empanadas - like a fried beef meat pie. Both are accompanied with a great salad that has pickled onions and fresh slice jalapenos with some wonderful dressing. Also shared a grilled shrimp plate with great refried black beans, rice, pickled slaw, salad, and deveined wonderful shrimp and homemade style tortillas. Very authentic and has an almost carribean flavor.“
“What a gem! Great authentic Honduran food. Very good service and fair prices. We tried a cross section of the menu and everything was excellent. I personally like some spice but with flavor, not just heat. This was exactly what I was looking for. Excellent.“

“I went at lunch and got the 4/ $10 carne asada tacos and a coffee. The staff is very sweet, and didn't charge me for my coffee since there was some confusion about flavors on the menu. This is the only place I can think of with real street style tacos that are NOT dripping with grease. Very fresh and light.“
