“Me and my family have been going to Los Catrachos for many years either for lunch or dinner; the food is authentic and it is delicious, it is well priced (the only thing that they charge extra if you ask for red sauce or aderezo). The servers are friendly but it takes forever to get your order; it doesn’t matter if you eat in, order take out, or order delivery…it takes long; when taking about long, I’m referring to sometime waiting close to 2 hours for your order to be ready. If you call to place an order they either answer and put you in hold or don’t answer at all. The owners need to do something about the extreme long waiting time, other than that I would highly recommend this place. It is also very hard to find parking.“

“Simply Amazing! Recommended by a friend who was born in Guatemala, and it does not disappoint! Waited roughly 30 mins, but they make the food fresh, and it's truly outstanding! If they weren't tucked in the corner of the strip, they'd be incredibly popular.
If you haven't yet, go check them out. If you have, go again!“

“Stopped in to get lunch, Stephen & I just loved it! Pupusas were good as was the liver dinner, but the empanadas were off the hook! So good we couldn’t wait and ate them right the in the parking lot, lol! Also important, every one was wearing masks, keeping distance, staff and customers, thank you so much for that.“

“Had to work for Cinco de mayo so my usual spot was a hour wait so I Googled what was near and this gem popped up my order was ready in 15 minutes and they snapped with when they added that lemon. My chicken taco was juicy and my steak was well seasoned!“

“Nice place to dance, the DJ mixes a great variety of genres and keeps the ambient lively. The only thing I would suggest to keep in mind is the entrance charge (cover) I would understand if they had a live band or something that would merit the charge.They serve beer buckets which is good for those that enjoy beer. They also have a pretty descent variety.I would give this place a 3.5 stars ? ? ?“

“Anyi was a GREAT server! So friendly and attentive with all smiles. The food was excellent, it is by far my favorite in all of New orleans for gorditas. The tajadas are tasty, the sauces are good, and the meat is always flavorful and perfectly cooked. They're not shy with the cheese, either“

“Wonderful food, fast service, and good prices for what you receive. A covered outside space with picnic tables but has a sign saying "To go only. No out side sitting available" which leads to confusion. Bright yellow trailer next to a ballpark/park area and ice machine.“

“Food was good, however not as depicted on the menu. Do not recommend the tamales as an appetizer as nothing is as described. Lunch is much better than dinner. Staff appeared to be younger so maybe not as experienced???? They were super nice so not a customer service problem so again I think just an experience problem????“

“This was recommended to me for Honduras food. It did not disappoint. My friend who recommended it translated the menu for me. Most of the items I understood from seeing them elsewhere. Not knowing how to speak Spanish did not stop me from ordering over the phone to take out. They were helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!“

“We hosted a birthday party for my mother at Nolé Special Events Venue for 60 guests and found this to be the perfect New Orleans venue. Rachel and team were great to work with. The food, atmosphere, drinks, decor were amazing. The birthday girls were delighted with the party.“

“Read my full review to learn about the unexpected charge that gets added on. So the food is good, location could be better. The sign is barely visible, if you drove up at night, you wouldn't know from looking that it was a restaurant. Parking lot looks sketchy af. Tables inside are covered with cigarette burns, there's no vibe to the dining area. The food makes up for the weak atmosphere. I did find it strange that there's an automatic 15% gratuity on the check that you don't know about before ordering. That's with the owner serving, not a waitress. I normally tip 20-30% but with the unexpected tip added to the check, I didn't feel like tipping past the 15%. I get doing an automatic gratuity for tables of 4-6 people. But for just one or two people dining in? I would eat there again. But they really need to fix the place up, or at least update the sign outside to one that can be read. I like hole in the wall restaurants, but this place and the strip mall looks a bit too much like you're in DR.“

“The food was absolutely amazing! All 3 of us were extremely happy with our plates. We got the grilled beef plate, the onion steak plate, two baleadas with shredded chicken, tostones, and sweet plantains. Prices were very fair for the amount of food. Definitely try them out!“

“i work super close to la cocinita and my work bestie and i get their food twice a week and we are obsessed. first of all, the sweetest man ever answers the phone and takes our order. customer service is 10/10. second, the food is so bomb. big ole portions and i once almost ate the plate. would recommend 💞“

“Fantastic food. Ordered the pupusas, the costilla de res asada, and an order of flan. Everything was delicious. I've had good flan and I've had bad flan in my life, but for me, this was the best I've ever had. Will definitely go back. And with everything going on right now, I hope a lot of people show up and support them!“
