“First time at NOLA Steak. The Filet and NOLA Strip steaks were both cooked PERFECT! Seasoning was spot on. Baked potato was giant and came loaded…delicious. OMG you have to try the beignets for dessert!!!!! No words for how good they were. Our waiter, Robbie, was very attentive, had a great attitude, respectful, and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager, Carina, came to our table to check on our experience and I REALLY appreciate that type of professionalism. Will definitely go again! Oh, and Hats off to the cook(s)!“

“We were there celebrating our 18th anniversary and everything was perfect as usual. Our server Brianna and all the supporting staff was excellent; including the employee who said he was helping out in the kitchen but wanted to give us a status update on our food. The care and attention to detail is why Chophouse is our favorite place to celebrate.“

“I booked a private party for 25 people for my dad’s 90th birthday. Ms Carol Gales was so easy to deal with and very helpful. On the night of the event everything was as promised. The food was great and the service team was spot on. The whole event went beautifully. I cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend. Also pricing was super reasonable!“

“We had such a nice experience here the other night. Walked in off the street with no reservation and they gave us a lovely seat at the bar. The maitre de and bar staff were wonderful, paying a lot of attention to the experience of the patrons. The food was wonderful, the vibe relaxed but refined, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. A very good option if you’re in the area“

“New Orleans is nortorius for not separating checks. I find this very inconvenient to the customer especially when you have party larger than two. Then it's very embarrassing to see customers passing the hat to pay for their portion of the meal with cash trying to figure out tax and tip. Everywhere I've been, there is no problem separating checks. I've been to New Orleans and requested separate checks and the waiters seem confused and then it becomes a huge delay. It's sad this restuarant has good food and atmosphere with this type of service and doesn't make it easy for customers to do business with them. They make easy for themselves but not for the customers. Go figure“

“picked up a to-go order, slight issue with order coming through. get there, no order’s been put in. They apologize, and throw in free french fries. Something about my order came through as 2 burgers. We come back 20 minutes later. Not only do they bring out my food TO me but they also threw in the 2 burgers that the mix up came through as for free! Ray was the gentleman who assisted me, couldn’t have been more pleasant. 10/10 choice for dinner tonight on service alone“

“Our first time dining there and they didn’t disappoint! The service was perfect from the moment we walked in. The waiter was at the table to greet us immediately and promptly took our drink order. They started us off with a complimentary meatball served with a basket of garlic bread and they even put a candle in my mother’s as we were celebrating her 87th birthday. We ordered several appetizers including the crab cakes which were the best I’ve ever had. The beef carpaccio was so good we ordered it a second time and the entrees were equally as delicious. After the meal they brought out a red velvet brownie with a candle in it for my mother and the other tables in our seating area joined us in singing happy birthday to her. She was more than thrilled! We ordered a few desserts to share and the tiramisu was fabulous, in fact it was so good we ordered a second! Needless to say this was a spectacular dining experience.“

“We were in search of a nice dinner to celebrate our engagement and after a terrible experience at Chemir a la Mer the night prior, we decided to give Dickie Brennan's a shot. I am so thankfull we were able to secure a reservation...they filled up very quickly. We were greeted with congratulations and even had a ballon at our table. Deja was so, so friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked just as we requested and so delicious! The sides werr just as great. We look forward to donong here again the next time we are in New Orleans and we will highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you for such a great celebration dinner!“

“I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH RUTH'S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE AT THIS LOCATION. MY SERVER JEFF HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF ME FOR DECADES. THE MEALS ARE ALWAYS EXCELLENT AND JEFFS SERVICES ARE ALWAYS SPOT ON. I ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE SPECIALS WHERE THE PRICES ARE REDUCED BUT NOT THE QUALITY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY A FINE MEAL,“

“It looked a little shabby from the street, but once we walked in it was homey and cozy. The waiter was so friendly and joked around too, they made us feel at home. The food was amazing. The steak was perfect and the crab cakes were the best we had in New Orleans. The chef came out too, and he was so nice also. It felt like a neighborhood restaurant, not super touristy like most in the area.“

“Ruth Chris is always a good option for celebrations! This year, I celebrated my birthday here with 11 family members, and it was great. The food was fantastic, as always, and our server, Joe, was awesome! Joe was our server before, and he remembered my family and me...what a great memory. Although it was Joe's birthday too (Nov. 5th), he made my day super special. Happy Birthday, Joe!!! The stuffed chicken breast and lobster were cooked to perfection (as always), and the sweet potato casserole was simply delicious! Everyone at my party enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals without complaint.“

“Honestly, I can't really rate this place because I couldn't even get in this establishment. I'm assuming by the crowds of people that are always here that the food is really good. I wish I could've experienced it, lol. It just makes me think, how's the quality of the food and service. The prices are reasonable, but if you come here expect a wait. There really needs to be another Texas Roadhouse, here in the city of New Orleans. This is a popular food chain again with reasonable prices.“
