“I wanted chicken fried steak, but no gravy. And I wanted to wait 20 minutes to eat it. So I asked the chef (not cook- chef!) if he could make it into a sandwich. He charged the price of a dinner, then created a fantastic sandwich (with fries on the side) from the components. IMO, this one should be a regular menu option !! I even tried to call him back to appreciate him, but he had already left for the day.“
