“It's been years since I've eaten here. Tonight, I'm wondering why?? The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was excellent, the food was delectable and the price was decent!! The hushpuppies were light and fluffy!! The fish was seasoned just right and perfectly fried!! The chicken tenders were hand breaded and tasted great!! The sweet tea, what can I say? It was perfect!!
Y'all be aure to stop by and enjoy some family time and really good food!!“

“Exceptional food from a Mom & Pops restaurant. I ordered Fried Catfish (3 filet) combo and 6 pc Grilled Shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great flavor and texture. I also added the shrimp fried rice which was very good. Overall, very satisfied and would come here again.“

Our server, I believe his name is Bailey?, dark wavy hair, was very attentive and friendly and made excellent menu & off-menu suggestions. Our food was wonderful. My chicken parm was huge and cooked perfectly. We loved the decor and thoughtful entertainment options. We plan to return soon. Don’t miss this place. It is unique in this area. “First timers…turned into lifers! We come to Monroe a couple times a year and this will become a regular stop during our future visits. Great Louisiana atmosphere, host and waitstaff were professional, prompt with seating and table visits and held good conversations. Our drinks stayed full and the crawfish were “chef’s kiss” and “slap ya mama” delicious! Looking forward to trying other menu items when it isn’t crawfish season. Addison thanks for taking such great care of us!!!! Bonus, the handwashing station is GENIUS!!!!“

“I can’t say enough about Catfish Charlie’s. We lost our brother recently and his wish was for family to get together after memorial at Catfish Charlie’s. He loved this place. We all ate there last night and it was wonderful. They all went way beyond the normal to make sure we were all taken care of. The food was incredible. “This Red Lobsters in Monroe is amazing. First let me talk about Mekayah she's a great waitress. She's very attentive and she has great customer service. I love her presence when I come to this location, Mekayah gets a A+ from me. The area is nice and it's right by The Pecanland Mall. Keep up the good work Red Lobster!!“

“The food was excellent along with the atmosphere....the problem was the server...she placed the wrong order when it came to my mother and she got loud about it and then she stated that nachos weren't even on the menu and then when we showed her she left and never came back.“

“My kids and my sister's kids have always loved this place. I've taken them since they were all small kids. It's gotten a bit pricey but it's fine. We love the food. Always hot and fresh. The service is always great. The people are nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very family friendly.“

“I love going to Catfish King mainly for the salad bar. When I say they have an amazing manager. Who wouldn't want to work with someone like him. They were short staffed he was seating people, checking people out, he even came over and took our order. This is a perfect example of lead by example. If you're ever in Monroe stop in enjoy the food and leave them a good tip. The staff is great and shows great team work.“
