“They were super busy on Thurs night 16th March 23, it was a bit of a wait for food but the lovely staff were apologetic about this and worked hard to get this resolved. They kept us updated and even threw in a free extra to say sorry for the long wait my partner had. Probably the best service we experienced in new Orleans, and one we knew wasn't because they were expecting a tip. The staff deserve a pat on the back for great work :)“
“I ordered a Cobb salad with No tomatoes. I was told they wasn't making any specialty salads. Talk to the manager and she said Yes we can, but the person on the headset insisted that they COULDN'T. The manager said she would make it herself.“
