Chick-fil-A in Kenner

“The food was hot (fresh from the stoves). The service was amazing. Jade, regardless of the weather (terribly cold) was smiling, very professional and courteous. Walter came with food in hand and a smile on his face. The supervisor (African American female with blonde hair) was very professional and of course smiling as well. If ever looking for good fast food, professionalism and great smiles, I suggest “chicken instead of cows, lol” with Chick-fil-a on Veterans in Kenner.

“They were super busy on Thurs night 16th March 23, it was a bit of a wait for food but the lovely staff were apologetic about this and worked hard to get this resolved. They kept us updated and even threw in a free extra to say sorry for the long wait my partner had. Probably the best service we experienced in new Orleans, and one we knew wasn't because they were expecting a tip. The staff deserve a pat on the back for great work :)“
