“A perfect fusion of American classics and Louisiana dishes cooked over open wood-fueled flame , served up in a comfortable and modern concept. Came on recommendation from two different locals who said this was the best restaurant in Lafayette. We were not disappointed. Reservations were needed, but the hostess was able to accommodate us by the kitchen. It worked out GREAT. Was able to see the chef, Sullivan, and his crew perform their magic on each of the dishes. Every member of the staff was very friendly - from the hostess, servers, chef, our waiter Zach, and the general manager Aaron. Just get two orders of the Roasted Oysters to start. Trust me on this one. Even the Mac and Cheese was delicious! The creme brulee was delectably perfect. Get it! If cocktails are your jam, you won't be disappointed with the selection. My only gripe was that it was very loud on a Saturday at 7 PM. Felt like it was a night club. Made conversation challenging at times. If you need to change diapers, the unisex bathrooms will have accommodations for your baby. A thoughtful touch. Will definitely return if I ever come back to Lafayette.“

“Our Christmas Eve Dinner was just spectacular! Steaks cooked perfectly, shrimp with Gouda creamy grits, and Chef Holly made a vegetarian option for us and was so nice! Our server Marley was sweet, attentive and never let our drinks get empty! Wonderful service!“

“We were passing through the area and decided to experience some local eateries. This proved to be an excellent choice for us. From the moment we entered the establishment we knew this was going to be fun. The vibe of music, conversations and surroundings hit the right notes. It went from fried green tomatoes to a wedge salad for two and finally both smoked fried chicken and steak and Frites. We were not rushed but rather enjoyed conversation with Kate, she was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the establishment and impressed us immensely. The food was excellent and we will make sure to return again.“

“We had a birthday celebration on Saturday night. I called for reservations a week in advanced, received a text confirmation minutes later. I then received a text reminder on Friday. THEN a phone call an hour before. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic and well priced. The drinks were well made. Couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner with family and friends.“

“What a place! A beautiful music venue off of the downtown main strip. Live music every night they are open. Local artists, great drinks, magical place.

Lots of space and tables for large crowds. There are private party areas along both side with booths. Main floor has plenty of tables for seating. And even better, they leave space for a little dancing in front of the stage.

The bartenders are fantastic and knowledgeable. Make a mean old fashioned. Be sure to get it with Bullet Rye. Louisiana taps for beers, full bar, and wonderful people. This place is the vibe for downtown Lafayette.

When things are super busy, they do have a secondary bar and upstairs lounge seating.“

I go to bars pretty much every week because i travel a lot for work. And this place is definitely special, I’ll come back here when im in town again.

“While most of these drinks are totally disgusting, I just loved the novelty of a drive-up daiquiri window and their pricing for specials. There are pool tables but no one was there using them when we were there. That drive through sure was busy though! Oh, and don't mess with the raccoons living out of the dumpster out back---they are favored regulars!“

“I rented out the large uncovered patio area on Saturday for my husband’s fortieth birthday! We had the BEST time! Sara was SO helpful with helping me decide which area was best for us to rent. She was honest & realistic, which made the decisions easy for me! We had approximately 40-45 people and there was so much extra room! We rented from 5-9 and it was perfect, there was lots of parking when we arrived. The place was crowded but not overly/ towards 9 o’clock it got very crowded but SUCH a fun vibe! Even with the crowd the bartenders were quick with drinks and the kitchen was quick with food! Overall… 10/10 recommend. 😉 we will be back!!!!“

“I went a couple of days ago for a quad shot white chocolate iced latte, HOLY MOLY. Exquisite, divine, perfection, A+++. So I went again today, and it was as exactly perfect as the first one I had. Not too sweet, not too creamy, perfect balance of all things. The baristas were friendly too!“

We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful weather while sipping cocktails (1942 Old Fashioned, Conundrum and Scout’s Honor red blends), sharing the Baked Brie appetizer, Grilled Chicken Breast entrée, and finishing with the Molten Chocolate Cake. “New favorite pizza place!!!! Me and my fiancée normally go to Central as our pizza spot but didn’t because it was closed on Sunday. So we tried La Pizzeria because of the new times on Sunday we were able to try this amazing place. I genuinely loved the service our waitress was sooo nice and welcoming. The food was really good, definitely not stingy with cheese or toppings at all. We loved the atmosphere and we were definitely satisfied with price!! Definitely will be back more!!!“
