The manager Ethan was rude from the time I approached the microphone to order what he said and I (what do you want ) and then said move forward and on top of all that I had order a shake and didn’t have no one behind me and he told me to move forward for a shake WOW a shake and no one behind me it didn’t make any sense. Why is he working there if he is not a people person I’m just concerned just imaging if someone does give him a hard time wow 🤷♀️
We received the wrong order, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. After opening the burgers and realizing they were all wrong I called to tell this location of their mistake. I was told they would remake the burgers, and I could come pick them up. When I got there they wouldn’t remake them because I didn’t bring in the wrong ones. Had I known they needed them, I would have brought them with me.
Needless to say, we will NOT be returning!
